V cool concept. I really wish I could be the director of a video game without having to go through the slog of being a coder who may never reach the top lmao. Maybe some day your idea will be picked up by Keiichiro Toyama as he happens upon this video at bedtime

Your voice is great but the candy is too loud. The swallowing and sucking on it is more soothing than all the noise against your teeth. It’s not natural. Just my opinion. :)

Have you managed to meet any partners to get this made as an indie game? Or pitched it to a studio?

I love the premise of the game, but I would say that the decisions you make in game should have different repercussions or alternate outcomes.

For example, when your car breaks down and you're given the option to take the lift with the truck driver you can get a Magnum if you take the lift and go immediately to the next area, but if you decline you can go down the road and find a building with car repair tools and a shotgun in it. The weapon you didn't get will not appear at all in the game, kind of like the SMG in Resident Evil 2, adding some tough decision making.

When the doctor gives you the option to take the shot, if you take it the benefit is that it's easier to hide from the clown but the trade-off is that the shot made you a bit lethargic and permanently lowers your running speed. If you didn't take the shot the breathing minigame is much harder, but you keep your full running speed.

It seems in this current version of the game that opting into decisions has too much of a benefit over not opting into them, but by adding caveats to each decision it will make for a more interesting game.

It would be cool if u make parts where u have to play in the real world for example u enter a house and there is safe with a combination to get the combination u would have to sneak into that house in real life and watch the owner enter the combination, or when u meet some characters in ur dream they will ask u to meet them when u wake up (the other characters are also playing the nightmare makers game but they haven’t been able to beaten it)
