I've got a question here,as i can't get the complete meaning of the sentence.I wish you could give me some advice about the standard protocol about the Probe sonicate usage in the tissue sample extracting.such as:the setting of the ultrasonic Probe ,the time setting as well as the numbers of the cycle etc. Thank you！
