I'm in Sales and consider myself and ID. However the beauty and understanding of DISC is being able to mould into the prospects type. If I'm selling to a 'C', I'm not going to use my natural style. My tone would be consistent, I'd talk slow, I'd present with data/options/numbers. My only drawback about Disc is that it can be subjective. It handy to get a surface level understanding of who the person is you're speaking to, but that's it.
