ОтветитьI have been looking for Band Exercises that I can begin with, for my fitness level. I am not a senior citizen, but when I saw the modified jumping jack, I was like yes, I can do this. I am heavy chested and "thick." I can't do jumping jacks. I can't get on my knees and get back up. I have watched the videos and I am encouraged. I can do this!!! You have modified exercises. Thank you. Finally!!!!

I just found this video and I'm delighted! Im a college student but my anemia can be very debilitating at times (like tonight) and I need some very gentle exercise to get my blood pumping again and this was perfect. I was exercising and smiling like I havent in a while! You are awesome at what you do Curtis and I love your energy! Youve earned a new subscriber

ОтветитьCurtis I just want to tell you actually enjoy your senior beginner cheer workout classes. I am a senior high have bad knees they want to replace one. I also do water aerobics during the week but it’s been kind of cold so I haven’t been but I do your senior exercises in the chair, and I truly enjoy it and I want to tell you thank you you are truly a God blessing and God bless you and your family and as well happy holidays
