ОтветитьI need content to door knock effectively to bring in the results TODAY, NOT TOMORROW, NOT NEXT WEEK, NETX MONTH OR NEXT YEAR. What does it take to close 3 buyer transactions, 3 seller transactions a day?
ОтветитьTip: since a lot of doors you knock on won't open, leave a flyer of some sort, even better leave a letter to the seller explaining why you were at their door so you can maximize your time instead of just moving onto the next door without leaving anything. I've gotten listings from letters to sellers on doors that didn't answer! It really means you can increase your exposure with having the same amount of time invested

Ответитьhonestly,, the only reason i havent started door knocking is because of the legality around it. I had a slap on the wrist by the cops already. It seems like every municipality has the same solicitors permit requirement. Anyone has these concerns?

how often do you touch the same home in a year? like is it a once a month basis or every other week kinda thing?

ОтветитьI've done door knocking. Very few are built for it. When he says grind, he means he GRINDS. Hours everyday. Absolutely brutal work to do. Also, careful. Some might open the door with a gun in your face depending where you live/knock.

ОтветитьAnother great thing about door knocking that nobody talk about is that it's great exercise! In our local neighborhoods the driveways are on an incline so it adds to the workout. If you don't get any response it's not a waste of time. Either way you win!
ОтветитьKnocking is interesting these days because of the increase of doorbell ringers like Ring. What I've found is that prospects simply answer their Doorbell and speak with you through that (Almost like being on the phone). Any thoughts on winning situations like this? You are right in front of their door, but that door is just not opening, it's all on Ring. Thoughts?

ОтветитьI would expect you’d now have to know double the number of doors due to everyone sitting on low locked in interest rates. With higher rates most don’t want the increased payment due to the rate being higher.

ОтветитьI've done door knocking and have been kicked out from security people because of soliciting... homeowners have called security on me. And with the Ring or Nest, they are home but would not open their doors since they don't know me. So I have given up on door knocking. I live in Broward County, Florida.
