this is quite literally how I play hoi4 most of the time (I use artillery but that's about it. I still don't know how air and navy works)

You are SovietU and can do as many human waves as you wish, with only guns ! (not as many as Prc with its 400 million army but still !)
The sad thing about infantry only is that at some point, producing several 10k guns a day, it takes so long to get to the soldiers ! (you only transport so little every tick)

Its funny, cause thats basically everyone if my hoi4 playthroughs. Neglect air and navy, dont have industry for medium tanks so get stuck with a small handful of light tanks, and just steamroll with infantry because making trucks takes too many factories.

Thats usually most my game, might have like 5 or 6 medium tanks tho
