I started high school in the late 90s at Wenonah and regulating was apart of of our daily routine in the hallways. I enjoyed this documentary as it brought back so many memories.

I found this video cause I was searching this dance. I used to live in Smithfield in 93 and I remember regulating to jiggity bang by ROA! Lol

I’m from Portsmouth, VA and use to go Birmingham, AL every summer as a kid. I’ll be 40 this year and I remember the summer I came and everybody was Regulating!!

The hardest songs to regulate off of back in the early 90's was Birmingham's on R.O.A. Jiggidy Bang and Mr. Big by 8ball.

I seen it in the mid to late 90's around different clubs around Birmingham. Mostly white boys from the clubs i was in. The "circuit" and others. It was banging off the the late 80's and early 90's rap
