Well sir, plz tell if boiled tapioca is fine to eat?
ОтветитьYahi baat Hindi me bolte to sabka upwash Tut jata😂😂
ОтветитьI like to live in my bubble
ОтветитьThanks for bringing science to food! It will be even better to include citations for your videos so viewers can verify the claims and do further research.
ОтветитьI dont understand what myth hejust bursted. Its his stupidity. He him self says it is made out of the root. Thats it. Thats why it is eligible to be eaten during fasts.
ОтветитьI always knew sabudana was Always unhealthy. Better to eat muri in fasting
ОтветитьYeah its unhealthy , but tapioca pudding is quite delicious
ОтветитьThere are also chips with "senda namak" available in shops, which is widely eaten during fasts!!!
ОтветитьYes, I found out quite a while ago and keep educating everyone. Another case of using religion to exploit the gullible. Totally non-nutritious and harmful product. Look up videos of the manufacturing process
ОтветитьHello Krish, please can you also tell same about Makhana. Is it also in the same myth category?
ОтветитьThank you for the video. I also experience severe constipation when I have it.
ОтветитьI am still not sure why people love sabudana. It feels I am eating plastic.
ОтветитьYour videos are more like wanting something to be be true so badly ... I could see many people in this channel recommending that sort of a question people who look for excuses to eat unhealthy food... and of course you hide behind science articles generated by corporate food lobby. 😂😂😂 good work !!! Enjoy your fabricated validation from the echo chamber you have created ...
ОтветитьMy whole life was a lie...
Ответитьman you changed my life today
ОтветитьCassava
ОтветитьTapioca is a very healthy food item. So this claim is a bit off mark
ОтветитьI strongly agree 👍💯
ОтветитьSabudana in isolation may not be a healthy diet. But what if other ingredients like vegetables, jeera, pepper and hing are added to make it delicious and a healthy food?
ОтветитьStop using clickbait titles like these, extremely pathetic technique when it comes to health videos
ОтветитьCan you share your views on drinking hot water with ghee on empty stomach
ОтветитьI have seen people enjoying all kinds of food without any guilt and still live a happy, healthy and long life. Of course these people were physically very active and preferred 'Ghar ka khana' over the junk/fast/ restaurant food. Also they Lived the life with certain principles and were free of any guilt or stress. I think living a clean life is as important as eating clean to be healthy.
ОтветитьActually it's not grain. That's why people eat it on fasts. Nothing to do with healthy.
ОтветитьThankyou for 42 subscription
ОтветитьLooks like shahrukh khan !! Some what
ОтветитьIf you watch how it’s made you’ll never touch the damn thing in your life
ОтветитьPlease don't misguide people with this kind of half knowledge videos. Tapioca is very good for health, and sabudana made from this tapioca is much better than any junk food that we eat. It's comprised of good starch and has a cooling effect on body. People consume during fasting coz it is sustainable sugar, slow digesting and good for stomach ailments. I eat it regularly and never gained weight, in fact it reduces my acidity. I recommend everyone to eat it as much as possible
ОтветитьThanks for this
ОтветитьWe Jains were always against sabudana my mum said not to eat same and your video provides she was right
Ответитьकाही खर नाही.
ОтветитьIt shouldn't be eaten in fast as its foreign origin
ОтветитьFact: it’s not eaten because it’s healthy, it’s eaten because it’s not made from grains and beans. I don’t eat it myself.
ОтветитьUsed crushed sabudana to make manja for flying kites during childhood. But always considered it to be shit food .
ОтветитьI can't believe my ears....wat i heard just r8 now..😢😢😂😂
ОтветитьU read, big books. Not all helpful. Proven fact to traditional levels that saggubiyam is instant energy source mainly for weak bodies/patients for instant minerals, nutrition and easy digested food source. Eeta Palm, was traditional saggubuyam. Alternative tapiocal is also having good micro minerals, just suffice for a weak body to recover.
ОтветитьIt's not classified as beans or grasses. So it's the starch that god can't see.
ОтветитьEvery evening I try to have sabudana mixed with milk and shatawari and it increases my milk supply in my post delivery.. Really sabudana helps me a lot .. I love u sabudana.. ❤❤❤ Two c-section babies same rules followed. Result is 6 months only breast feed with happiness both babies.. ❤❤❤❤. Pls believe me and have sabudana.. It will give you miracle results.. good for digestive system also.. just choose the right brand . I use Patanjali sabudana , milk, Shatawari powder and bura.same brand .
ОтветитьIt gives an extra boost of energy and keeps people satiated for a long time. Hence used in fasting. It has nothing to do with nutrition. Please dont torture and confuse the poor souls who are juggling fasting, career, housework and festive rituals all together with the help of Sabudana esp during the 9 days of Navratri!!
ОтветитьThe process of making sabudana is dangerous, but is tapioca dangerous?
ОтветитьI have been saying this for years
Thank you for making this video
Its still totally worth it 😅
ОтветитьI love your content. Short and simple, Full of knowledge, Great vide, no hate and political correctness. Keep doing what you are doing.
ОтветитьWhy always negative
ОтветитьI strongly disagree, its not tasty either 🙃
ОтветитьThe taste of Sabudana has also changed over the years due to the various manufacturing process. Doesnt taste like the earlier times of the 80s or 90s. Atleast what you get in Mumbai.
Ответитьyour are complet |D|0T krshAsholk! you have zero knowld abt fasting and Sabudana!
ОтветитьHello sir, I do listen to you quite often and like your content too, but being a yog therapist and ayurvedic diet consultant i dont agree entirely with you on this, as sabudana has good amount of calcium, magnesium,b12..and has soothing effect on digestive system...for your reference attaching nutritional value of sabudana and also link of a video from a cardiologist to throw more light on the same😊
ОтветитьI was shocked when my nutritionist told me this!
ОтветитьI like to eat raw cassava or tapioca roots
Ответить
