lay down pushups humble me…
ОтветитьBeautiful!! Been watching your channel for about 8 years now and still learning new tips to use
Thank you Jeff!!
Love how humble you are! Such a needed vibe.
ОтветитьFascinating!!!! Can't wait to try this with my kids during summer boot camp. 🤪
ОтветитьYou’re literally sunshine in human form.
ОтветитьI love it. I used to do it when I was doing bodyweight exercises, I should incorporate it again into gym routine.
ОтветитьWow felt instantly in shoulders and back, this is going to be great for fixing my posture
ОтветитьJeff is the best. Nothing but excersize and nutrition. No politix no my wife is pissed at me no pushing of trt and roids and especially not arrogant. Compared to the california guys Jeff is #1!
ОтветитьI usually touch my chin to the floor but this looks better
ОтветитьSo, do these strengthen the rotator cuff? Cus I'm sick of injuring mine
ОтветитьThank you, Jeff! 😎
ОтветитьDamn now a simple push-up is no longer simple!!!
ОтветитьI tried that and felt those rotator cuffs sore for a few days afterwards. Quick and easy engagement of a muscle ✊. Thanks man!
ОтветитьHow fun/stressful is the pressure to be lean all the time - I love being ripped but I’m so tired!
ОтветитьArmy PT test started doing it like that
ОтветитьBATMAN
ОтветитьJeff always has a way of improving what’s already being done
ОтветитьGood words, Jeff. Thank you.
ОтветитьI started doing these with my morning pushups about a week or so when I saw his other recent vid. Good stuff, definitely feel it in the rear shoulder.
Slightly harder with the breathing cadence though.
What if I have rotator pain ??
ОтветитьI keep my hands behind my back and blow air to the ground to lift myself up…..
ОтветитьPush-ups are killing your gains though
Ответить💪🏽🔥
ОтветитьThis is actually how I’m working my way to a full push up. Go all the way to the ground, hands up, hands back down, knee push up back up. I’m up to 10.
ОтветитьNecktattoo calisthenics guy is angry 😂
ОтветитьActually, when doing a pushup, your momentum actually makes the pushing up harder, not easier.
Your change in momentum will be greater compared to if you were at rest since you have momentum downwards, so it requires a greater force to actually push you up.
The actual reason why it is harder if you stop at the bottom is that when you immediately push up after reaching the bottom, your muscles and tendons store elastic energy in them like a spring. This allows you to effectively "bounce up" from the bottom of your push up.
Taking your hands off gets rid of this elastic energy stored in your muscles, making the push up harder.
lol Air Force pushups
ОтветитьI’m gonna have to finally vacuum my floor if I wanna do this successfully 😮
ОтветитьNo
ОтветитьGreat 👍 tip!!!!!
Ответитьchào anh jeff, dạo này vẫn khỏe chứ anh
ОтветитьOr just control the eccentric.
Ответить❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьThis is gonna be brutal
ОтветитьShould skip morning coffee too?
ОтветитьDo you have any tips for lowering body fat without changing diet or exercise? 😂 Just kidding.
ОтветитьGenius
ОтветитьКакие шикарные у вас бицепсы!
ОтветитьWhat do you do if you have 2 large tendon tears in your right shoulder and one of them being Supraspinatus?
ОтветитьNo no no no no… dont encourage this… the army switched to hand release pushups and they are so much harder to max out now and these are straight up a burnout on your shoulders.. this kinda talking makes the army think they did a good thing lol im just kidding i guess im glad to see im actually getting benefit out of this painful variation that is harder for me to maxout i can do it on a good day but just barely whereas regular pushups before i could go well over the max oh well
ОтветитьJeff is awesome
ОтветитьNice tip!
ОтветитьI did a few push ups last night only for my upper traps to get so tight that they almost spasmed this morning😢
ОтветитьMerci, You are the Greatest.👏👏❤
ОтветитьSeems like going down that low would hurt your cuffs?
ОтветитьSo simple-thanks
ОтветитьGreat's video
ОтветитьI have a torn rotator cuff. Can I do this?😢
ОтветитьI haven’t seen this guy for like 4-5 years and he’s still chiseled
ОтветитьOr you can get handles and extend lower
Ответить
