I've always hated funnel walls for anything other than main scene, but there are some really cool small funnel shell bases

I thought they were a bad idea from day one, just clutter compound, hardcore players find ways to hide and it's just more upkeep. I tend to place barbed barriers and force players into pockets where turrets have lines of fire.

Hey @Japza could you post the Build Code you used to pull up pqrl's base? I didn't see one in his video, but would love to take a closer look at some of these concepts!

Funnel walls suck. Anyone who thinks they are meta hasn’t actually used one in wipe. They are useless

Agree 100% - builder sanc kids think its fancy in reality this was a bad "meta" shift in the first place

can u build a base for me and my friends (3) but we allways build large/medium group like can u build one with opean core? plz? really need one

C-walls are way more efficient and effective

When the video started, I thought it was one of those new 'climb up' games. Junk king, only up, or some other nonsense.

Even while knowing that this is a rust base, I look at the paused screen and all I see is a my imagination of a junkyard given representation. This is what the junk piles in junkyard would look like if they were actually rendered and not just reskinned terrain hills.

Build an egg base with the last pancake ring plz. Needs open core and maybe mini mountain roof the bunkers are cool aswell

i havent built in a bit but nowadays i really only use funnels on VERY large bases. i think they can be more useful than a china wall in those cases as they can give better peeks and provide less cover for raiders. but 95% of the time theyre just not worth the cost.

Yt bases: no such thing as to many peaks
reality: Enemy has as many peaks as you bc no matter where u are u have a peak and enemy does to lol
