Woah, what’s up Jeremy!
ОтветитьPro tip; never do heavy barbell squats in the garage, in English summer (we ain't built for it!) with the dryer running. Good way to wake up with a blown-out knee 😂
ОтветитьI dont think I wanna do anything in the Devils colon, let alone work out 🤣
ОтветитьNever been this early
ОтветитьThe mini-split! Just got a 2-ton installed 2-weeks ago. Game changer!
ОтветитьJust move to Southern California. Perfect garage weather
ОтветитьGREAT info!!! Thanks
ОтветитьWisconsin can have some serious humidity as well
ОтветитьHere in PR everyone uses those mini splits because air conditioning in our houses is never through an hvac system.
ОтветитьI live in arizona. There's no hope for me. At the peak of our summer it's 120+. I am not exaggerating. This is a real thing. Somehow it becomes even hotter than that inside of enclosed things like your vehicle in the garage. The cooling system you're talking about is cute impossibly usable for most people. My climate would destroy that inside of one day.
ОтветитьIf you have a garage with a 100k worth of stuff just get an insulated top of the line door lol !!!
ОтветитьI have my home gym in my garage in TX. I'm comfortable in the winter, and it's like doing squats in Hell during the summer. :P
Ответитьhis head always twitching around i just noticed
ОтветитьI have a garage gym in Puerto Rico. It doesn't have an AC now, but it will be. 3 big fans take the temperature good enough for a workout. It's well ventilated. Also it's the best thing the pandemic gave me.
ОтветитьYour gym is so on point Jeremy! Very good information thank you.
Ответить👍
ОтветитьI need a high quality Florida state flag for the garage
ОтветитьI wonder if a heavy curtain covering the garage door after installing insulation would help keep the heat out. Wouldn't be practical if you use it for daily car storage, but maybe not a bad idea for a permanent home gym
ОтветитьThe Devil's colon! 🤣So damn funny. Really great advice on that garage door insulation. Thanks man
ОтветитьLike the door insulation. Midwest winters could sure use that! Thanks Jeremy!😎
ОтветитьNice upgrades to the garage gym brother. Just need a nice TRULY to keep you cool. lol. 😂
ОтветитьVegas guy here. Need both of these.. garage gym is fine most of the year but the next few months are brutal. Great idea for a video.
ОтветитьOnline thing you need for four skin is coconut oil. 3$ snd you are good for a year without the chemicals.
ОтветитьI'm in the planning stage of building a home gym in the garage for my son. I'd love to install a mini-split but the HOA won't allow it. I'd sure appreciate any ideas for a Plan B for getting air in there.
ОтветитьFlorida summer man it’s hot as hell weather lol how about a 10 minute rain shower 🔥
ОтветитьWhy does your shit look for show and not use creator bullshit I guess
ОтветитьThat was fun!
ОтветитьI'm always blown away by USAers wow-ing themselves when they "discover" various staff we've been having in Europe for decades! Concrete-slab or full-concrete homes or split-unit air-con
ОтветитьNice video, Jeremy. Both tips would work great me. Thanks
ОтветитьI put in a minisplit before I even put down my horse stall mats. I live in FL also, this is a must.
ОтветитьI insulated my garage door and have an awning casting shade on the front of the garage door which makes it a bit cooler. I love training with the garage door open. I also live in south florida. I dont think i would add the ac but i run 3 Lasko brand fans and they work great.
ОтветитьYou did a great job insulating
ОтветитьJeremy. The garage door looks dam good. Like the way it turned out.
ОтветитьI honest to god couldn’t watch this video all the way through because I was laughing so hard. This is RIDICULOUS. If you are someone who can afford to create a super nice gym AND install AC to cool it…then you are ALSO someone who can afford to build yourself a nice workout space somewhere other than your garage. 🤦♂️
ОтветитьI have seen comments about needing to have a garage tech adjust the spring tension because this adds weight. Any comments on that?
ОтветитьInstalled a ductless mini split in my garage myself. No experience with it in the past and it was easy money. Ran the electric and everything and it has been a major game changer. Temperature is nicer in the garage than in my house.
