Earthmoving Legacy Center - Quick tour and Diesel Seventy Five walkaround

I had the chance to visit the Earthmoving Legacy Center in Elkader Iowa while I was there visiting MTS. This is a very quick walk through the main building to give you an idea of what is there. There are 3 more buildings to go through, as well as many pieces outside. If you are at all interested in old Caterpillar equipment you have to visit this place! I was also fortunate enough to get to see their restoration workshop, where they are very near completion on a Diesel Seventy Five. Talk about a dream shop for restoring vintage Caterpillars. I really didn't want to get into a lot of detail because I want you to go and check it out for yourself to really appreciate the history and workmanship that can be seen.
