I was born in 93, growing up in the late 90s and early 2000s kids my age were usually outside having fun while I spent most of my childhood indoors with my wrestling action figures, a VHS player and a box full of old school wrestling tapes from the 80s and 90s for hours unend experiencing firsthand what it was like to be a wrestling fan as a young child in the late 80s and early 90s and I wouldn't trade that childhood with moments/memories like these for anything in the world 😊

Bob Backlund deserved so much better than to have to make Luger look like he’s good.

Height of my fandom, 1993. Was watching Gonzales Werewolf gimmick and thinking of GI-Joe characters and the “gimmicks” Joe characters. I think the “Serpentor” gimmick from Cobra is ripe for the pickings. Serpentors gimmick is a snake armor and a snake skull deal but dig this the most, a flying snake chariot! Serp also had DNA (Dynonucleararmageddon) that was a mix of every tyrants dna in him. Hitler/Stalin/Princess Diana you get the pattern. Serpentor. Best gimmick ever?

Good lord, WrestleMania: The Album. I used to listen to that all the time. Hearing USA again brought back some weird memories of listening to this in my parent's house basement. What a time. 1993 was a different beast.
