Is it normal for walls to not have insulation in MD? I only lived in one apartment in MD, and it was obvious that the walls didn't have insulation (Harford County), but I just figured 's*itty 2000s construction'. Now your video has me wondering. All the properties I've worked on were in PA or NJ, so with MD being so close, it's throwing me.
