The one I am looking at is the dcb93166w and it does not have mixed it has 8 settings on the right so no 3 O'clock position?

Hello from Canada! Here in canada these units are sold under the Blomberg brand but they the same unit. We are having issues with some dryers in a condo building which get warm but not hot on high temp drying. When I run the diagnostics mode, I get a door thermister reading but no heater thermister. Door reading comes in at 38 celsius on high temp dry mode. If there is no reading for the heater thermister during diagnostics, does this imply there could be an issue? Additionally, 38 celsius for high dry seems low, does it not? Thank you for reading!!
