I am a single retired woman trying trying trying to get out of my dreadful awful apartment and into my own small home (either manufactured home, small modular home, cabin home, cottage style home or even a tiny home) and I need a small piece of land to put one on. My experian credit score is 630 at last check and so I would like to know if there any programs that can help someone who is retired on a small fixed retirement income to help get into a home?
