Elden Ring - How to use Bloodflame Blade

For anyone struggling with it.
I have a Keen Nagakiba katana
Make sure you have rested at a grace and mesmerised your blood flame blade incantation.
You’re also going to need a sacred seal in your left hand as you cast the incantation. Can buy a finger seal from the Roundtable :)

Hope this helps someone. (To cast the incantation it’s on LB on console, make sure you’re holding a sacred seal left hand and katana or weapon with your right) can change to dual handed after you’ve cast it)

This makes sense why i cant put it on my Icerind hatchet. Would be cool though

I have dual nagakibas with 120 bloodloss build up and it tore my heart out to reduce the buildup on one of them to 45 for blood flame blade

is the blood flame blade permernant?

Hello guys, if you use pc, you just need a finger seal (for bloodflame blade) in left hand and your weapon opposite hand. Then you button Right click and use it.

I have it Equipep and the same stuff you have but it doesnt let me press the Button for it

I was trying to use this on my greatsword of solitude and thought my game was broken but then i realized it just dont work with greatsword of solitude

I have bloodhound fang and it’s not letting me use blood flame blade

I can’t figure this out. I have the right levels, my affinity is one of the four I need, my weapon doesn’t have blood loss build up on it, but it’s still grayed out for me. Why is this shit so damn difficult?
