Budha's first sermon (preaching) after receiving 'Nirvana' ENLIGHTENMENT (complete wisdom 'BODHI' where no more defilements were created and he reached the area beyond mind and matter).

👉It is so inspirational and motivating for the fellow meditators where he explains that only our unmet expectations, unfulfilled desires, our deep rooted cravings and aversions create our New Bhav (new becoming or new birth). This new Birth is also 'Dukha' (sorrow and grief) which will take us through Birth, Old Age, Suffering from various diseases and finally DEATH and again another Bhava (becoming).

👉Budha continued to investigate. From respiration he started observing sensation (vedana), and from this he gained the understanding of arising and
passing. The key to liberation was found. The jhanas (dhyan samadhi) which he had practiced previously now had Vipassana, sampajañña, added to them.

👉Previously they were called lokiya jhanas
because they still resulted in new birth and so rotation in the loka, the planes of the universe. Now they were called lokuttara jhanas, because with the experience of arising and passing they gave the fruit of nibbana, beyond the loka.

🙏This is the Buddha’s contribution to humankind, and it is attained with vedana, which is why vedana (sensations & vbrations occurring on mind and matter every moment) is so important for us.

👉Way out: He told the Bhikshus 🧘‍♂️ that the only way to come out of this vicious cycle of becoming & becoming is to take refuge in 3 noble precepts of:

☸️1. 'Sheel' (morality)

☸️2. 'Samadhi' (concentration in the current moment)

☸️3. 'Pragya' ( wisdom of noticing how vibrations and sensations are arising and passing away each moment on our mind and matter & the combination of the two, with the law of impermanence ==>'Annicha' (everything is temporary so therefore why having an attachment towards it) and follow the 8 Ashtangik Marg (8 fold noble path).

May all of you get the best fruits of Dhamma ☸️
Namoh Budhaya 🌿🙏✨️🍀🧘‍♂️o

Is there a meaning? All that's happening is some animal dies and its body dissipates. Our lives are no different than some dead rat rotting in the subway.

Your body DIES...you continue on or up into a non-physical existance that is nearly indescribable in physical terms. 😂

The Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha is really inconceivable.

When you are chanting the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha, the light from the true mind and the aura of the body  are getting brighter and brighter.

When you are chanting the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha, while your mind is suppressing the worries, the body  is repairing itself .

When you are chanting the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha, your mind is in meditative concentration mode and the wisdom is opening up.

When you are chanting the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha, each day your mind becomes more pure, each day the mind becomes more impartial, each day the mind becomes more awake and each day your life becomes  smoother.

When you are chanting the Buddha-name Amitabha Buddha, you are saving yourself first and having wisdom you can then save others.

Chant Amitabha Buddha is the cause, becoming a Buddha is the effect.

So many great benefits, and cost you nothing.

Why don't you chant the Buddha-name?

🙏🙏🙏 Amitabha Buddha
