On the Grand Hyatt hotel next to Terminal 21 mall, the night view is very beautiful. You can bring your own drinks. Above, the food is very delicious.

Most foreigners live at Jomtien Beach, Wong Amat Beach, and Pratumnak Hill.

You can take a minibus for 10 baht to explore the city. It will run in circles. In the future, there will be U-Tapao Airport and a high-speed train running from Don Mueang Airport, Suvarnabhumi Airport to U-Tapao Airport. and will build a 3-line monorail system to connect with the high-speed electric train and run throughout the city.

And in the future Pattaya may have a casino like Las Vegas.

I live here in pattaya as an expat. Going to the mall every couple of weeks is really something I look forward to.

I have lived in Pattaya for almost ten years. Your observations are spot on.

To me Pattaya is about freedom. The sex trade stuff is only one expression of that freedom. You say beautiful beaches, but the water is not the purest.
The multi floor shopping mall you show would be remarkable even in the USA. If prices were this low in the USA everyone would be ecstatic!

I lived there a year. I thought it was a shithole. And I lived in Jomtien. Chiang Mai was much nicer.

For Thais and Bangkokians, we have a second home in Pattaya. We just dont bother the redlight district. It has all good food, beaches and nature, great infrastructure. We just need to own a car or a motorbike to go around. Very affordable and the properties are still cheap. Bad foreigners and illegal migrants from the neighboring countries esp. Cambodians are the ones who ruin it.

Some middle of the road condos mate would be great thanks great viewing pattaya is much nicer than cebu better food etc😅😅

After many visits too Pattaya i went too see whats behind the hill.. luxury condos nice and relaxing spot..i could live there too and just two min away from the action

I moved from California and live on Pratumnak Hill, think I go into central Pattaya once per month. Much prefer life away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist centers
