ОтветитьAnother amazing recipe. I don't have the mold, I will see if I can still form them somehow. Perhaps I can try medium cup cake forms. Same ingredients, just different form. I just love your recipes. Desserts are pretty much from the same ingredients. I always have: OATS, ALMOND FLOUR, DATES, NUTS, SEEDS...at home... I can make so many of your yummy recipes. Every single recipe of yours was a HOME RUN! You never disappoint. Thank you so much for this recipe.

Looks exactly like what I'm missing. I can't eat almond, gluten or gluten free (because of the rice and/or soy) flours. Would buckwheat of chickpea flour work?

Omg! I just discovered these cacao wafers. A Godsend when I want chocolate but can’t do sugar.

ОтветитьWe use Hu chocolate 75% cacao or above to keep it Paleo. I worry about heavy metals in some of the other so called healthy chocolates. I used to buy Organic oats until I learned about "certified organic oats."

ОтветитьI have found unsweetened chocolate very satisfying. But I'm used to eating 85% cacao so the leap wasn't much.
I used Pascha brand i bought at Vitacost in 8.8oz bag. Amazon only has available in large quantity. Not chalky at all.
They look fun abd yummy!
