Reginald Angus Argue recited his poems; he wrote "The Trench & Memories of A Soldier."
Reginald also shares the story behind how he came to write his poem, "The Trench," on trench warfare during WWI.
Reginald also includes a picture from his late Great Great Great Uncle, who fought in the Boar War along with WWI. He was injured three times in WWI, and he kept re-upping until his last injury, where he lost an eye. Sadly, he passed away in the early '60s, living just off of Skid Row in Vancouver.
The second picture Reginald shared in his poem "Memories of A Soldier" was his late Grandfather, Angus. Angus was a member of the RCAF and an aircraft mechanic during WWII. Angus also did not go to Europe or Asia, as he had a back injury. But all four of Angus' brothers, George, Murdo, Donald, and Jack, fought overseas in Europe during WWII. Sadly, Angus passed away in 1990.
