Ah, New Zealanders, we are a very fortunate bunch to live in Middle Earth. I live 50km from Matamata and Hobbiton, so when I watch the movies, I see the Kaimai Range, my favourite hiking spots. Thank you for your outstanding cinematography and commentary. Come back sometime and spend some more time in the wild hills like the Greenstone / Caples, it will entrance you more.

Bit dramatic lol 😁🤭 New Zealand is a simple island, nothing mysterious here...it's beautiful yes..but mostly it's just green rolling hills, towns are very small, everything is small....apart from Auckland but that too mostly houses. Nature gorgeous.... usaly can just watch it from distance other than some beaches bit rough around the edges.
