My craftsman lasted 22 years when i sold it to get a John Deere that has broken down twice in two months
ОтветитьSorry, that's NOT a "commercial" mower.
ОтветитьI won't buy any more Husqvarna products, EVER!
ОтветитьFront left caster?
ОтветитьI'm glad I watched your video. I'm in the market for a zero turn mower and now Husqvarna is out of the question.
ОтветитьI would send a letter to the CEO of HusqvarnaUSA. I’d also file a complaint with the Attorney general in your state.
Ответитьwow I'd be pissed if that happened to me. Anyway I purchased a toro o turn z4200 and had the starter let go in 3 months and the dealer no questions ask put a knew one on and I've had this mower almost 20 years now and it's never let me down once. had to change a couple of battery's over that time but that's expected it's been really a great mower I'm very happy with it and I have a big yard too. good luck on your next one
Ответитьgood to know, i will not buy Husqvarna
ОтветитьWow very bad product and an even worse dealer thanks !
ОтветитьFirst time seeing your video but we bought a bad boy and 4yrs later starting to have deck problems
ОтветитьHeard nothing but good about bad boy reviews all good so we thought, 4 years old 5 next season, with about 100-125hrs now right spindle seized last month.. ps we mow 1 acre with a 48in deck takes about a hr every week to 2 weeks, quality just ain't there when you can't grease it, our bad boy 48 has the Kawasaki too, steering controls are also very loose and touchy now.... Needless to say with the steering controls being loose and touchy, deck issues, I'm not to happy with our purchase,,, otherwise I love it
ОтветитьI had a similar experience with a Simplicity snowblower. Don’t purchase a Simplicity snowblower! They are junk. If you need a snowblower purchase Ariens or Honda.
ОтветитьI’m so sorry for your terrible experience. I will say that any new $5000 mower is not a real commercial mower. What’s the size of the transmission?
ОтветитьGetting so even when you do spend the extra to get the good stuff you end up with a pos.
No matter what it is...
Thanks good job
ОтветитьI had to exmark they always have parts in stock
ОтветитьI wouldn't trust them to kiss my ass.
ОтветитьBuy cub cadet have a husky cheap and nasty
Ответитьhay guys as a retired yard man i cut 73ooo yards i had every mower u can think of i liked the older scag mowers dixie chopper is good little maintence no safty on it which is good howard price is good if u have a lot of grass jacobson is ok no on snapper no on toro hustler is ok no on great daine no on jd bad cut woods is good but slow huskavarna has been ok for me but dont let employees drive it they break the hydro delicate not commercial quality componets but good if u baby it
ОтветитьHave had my cub cadet zero turn for 15 years and the right side hydro just died last summer so im checking out videos for a new on snd ran across your video
ОтветитьMe&my wife will never buy a Husqvarna never thank God for your video.
ОтветитьI have a husky seems to me that alot of people have issues with warranty claims with these machines
ОтветитьFrom watching this video when I go to buy another lawn mower I'm going to make sure I got all my stuff in writing I want to thank you for watching this video
ОтветитьWould never do bussnisse with company
ОтветитьMy Husqvarna xealer did me the same way. Wasn't long after they went out of business
ОтветитьHusqvarna is junk. I recently bought a pressure washer from a guy who had a dozen of those Husqvarna units that ALL had bad pumps. I bought it for $20 bucks so I could just use the 6.5hp side shaft motor for a project I was doing. Just for the heck of it I went online to find a manual or part list for any repairs just in case. NOTHING. Good thing it only cost me $20 and the motor runs ok. Husqvarna is just disposable junk.
Ответить🌿 thank you for the valuable information ℹ️
💪💚💪
I don't know what it is about the outdoor power equipment business, but it seems that ALL such dealers are SCUM! I've already started an email correspondence with the place I bought my Toro from last summer, because if there are any problems I will be sure to get all communications in WRITING. Left hydro on my new $7500 mower is weaker than the right...and I'm getting the same thing- "That's normal...". Was expecting this...hate buying new, but there's not much of a used market where I am.
ОтветитьHusqvarna mowers are horrible. If you're only cutting an inch or two growth, they're "ok" (and not an ounce more). More than two inches off the top, and they're horrible in EVERY measurable way. Cut quality is 💩. Evacuation is 💩. Clipping dispersion is 💩. After-cut appearance is 💩. Build quality is 💩.
They streak. They miss blades. They choke. They break down.
Husqvarna always had bad reputation, their mowers are low quality, always have. Everyone should know this.
ОтветитьGood news, I watched one of your video's from the future. Your going to pull through this okay. Thought you would want to know.
Great video by the way.
Thank you for sharing your story. I'm in Australia, there is zero chance of me interacting with your dealer but now there is also zero chance of getting anything from Husquavana.
I'm now retired but I used to own a gardening & yard maintenance business. I still have my best mower from that time and it still runs but it's also now retired. I enjoy mowing, so back in 2021, the thick of the covid border closures, as there were no mower dealers on my town I was allowed to travel. I drove 4 hours to buy a brand new toro mower and 4 hours return trip home. I still remember it, on a major freeway I was virtually the only vehicle on the road for the whole trip. Anyway to finish out my story, I moved house 3-6 months later into a house that doesn't have any lawn at all shed, hasn't been used in 4 years, like you it's also burnt through its warranty just sitting.
Also like you, my part of Australia has mowing season. Unlike you it's our cold months because I'm in the Flinders Ranges of the South Australian outback and everything is dry, sparse on the ground and doesn't grow much in the summer. Twice last week we went into the 50°C+ range. That's 122°F+ for you guys in America.
@hardworkingmanoutdoors I fully agree lol. My comment had an error which I didn't notice, a few crucial words were accidentally deleted, basically I was saying that now my mower just sits in the shed...
My business was up in the mountains where it snowed every winter, now I live in the polar opposite. You really don't know how much you enjoy something until you can't do it. I miss mowing, I liked mowing lol. I know the reason too. It's the instant gratification, 10 seconds after you start you can see that you've made an immediate difference as opposed to the delayed gratification of most professions eg an accountant where it could be months, if ever that you see the fruits of your efforts. Plus the smell, there is nothing like freshly baked bread and there is nothing like the smell of freshly mowed grass. Thanks for the reply and I hope you and your family are well :)
Biggest problem with all the mowers the transmission. Hydraulics will collect water just with temperature changes. I would say to change the fluid every year. I am currently rebuilding my left side transmission that had water in it. There is no way to change the fluid without removing it and turning it up side down to drain. When you get something new make sure sure you are able to change the oil and filter on both sides.
ОтветитьThanks!! I will never buy one now that you have told me this! Excellent Video!
ОтветитьThanks was going to buy a new husqvarna , will buy something else.
Ответитьwith that sized mower you should have at least 3400 hydros'
ОтветитьYou said you made a mistake buying it two months before you needed it. Basically lost two of the 36 months on your warranty. Don’t blame yourself for thinking your mower would last for years and a couple months would not be a big deal. Husqvarna failed. Not you.
ОтветитьLocals dealers do make the difference.
ОтветитьThe sqeaky wheel gets the oil with a lot squeaking ! Good on you for making this video ♥️😉🙃😎 NZ
ОтветитьI’ve heard this before about Husqvarna here in Kentucky. Folks think twice before giving your hard earned money to a company that doesn’t stand behind there products. There company’s that will!
ОтветитьWOW, that's horrible shame on Ball Equipment. don't buy from that place.
ОтветитьBro. I am so sorry about your negative experience with that dealership. Sounds like they deliberately lied to you and they did not even look at your mower the 2nd time around. I even think that they lied to you the 1st time. As a former Small Engine Repair Shop owner, it saddens me that the dishonesty at some dealerships and repair shops is so rampant. The same goes for car dealerships also. Thanks for sharing. I think that your video would make them think again. Seems like we're lied to and taken advantage off in all aspects of life. What happened to "Thou shalt not bear false witness." I really hope that you get justice.
ОтветитьJust saw your video. Had the same problem with Husqvarna zero turn and got the same run around from Husqvarna. The hydro went out after 15 months same noise . Husqvarna basically said said tuff got your money your on your on. Will never own Husqvarna again and will not recommend it to no one. I went out and bought a Gravely zero turn 60 inch mower
ОтветитьI've had my Bad Boy mower six years and mow three acres of rough terrain. It's still going.
Ответитьthis is why i buy second hand stuff and learn to fix it myself. no one can afford to burn $6k these days on junk only to get laughed at when trying to get it fixed.
ОтветитьDon't buy their chain saws either mostly plastic !!! They are hard to work on and two years after having it the barr and chain became hard to find for 2006 142 and muffler fell off after 6 times of use !!!
ОтветитьGlad you steered my 7-8k away from this. Will never own Husqvarna.
Ответитьi nearly brought a husky...first thing that showed was the service and the warranty service...i walked away...
