Do you think now it’s better to play branded Azamina or branded despia?

im actually playing a 60 cards Chimera Branded Despia deck and its nuts, in love of the branded lore.

in a 60 card build is bystial lubellion mandatory at 3 or can you get away with 1?

Dog Ecclesia is one of my go to summons off Titaniklad at the end phase draw Fleur to hand. The monster negate from has won me so many matches. I have to run them in any Branded profile that I play. Honestly summon them just as much as Quem depending on the opponents deck if they’ll be using extra deck monsters or not.

To be fair tragedy isn’t the worst when you’ve also opened one of your 3 copies of Deployment which can summon Cartesia and fuse the tragedy off to search Aluber 🤷🏻‍♂️

I just told my friend today Im going to build 40-50 cards and cut tragedy. He laughed at me. We will see who laughs last… thanks for another great video!

How do you feel about 2 Retributions?

I’m torn between a build like this and one 60 cards with gas to push through ash/impulse

Why didn't you go with the Azamina Engine? I feel like with Dominus Impulse in the meta you need another way to push past an interrupted Branded Fusion, and Dominus Impulse doesn't turn on Thrust for Fusion Duplication.

That's why I feel like going with either the Azamina or Nadir Servant engine is optimal.

Or do you not need those supplementary engines if you're a good enough pilot?

im convinced Black Goat Laughs is a main deck card in the deck. Between ash and impulse, good players dont let you get Brafu into the GY to begin with so the Thrust into duplication isnt an option. In these cases Black goat saves you for a turn. And going second if you draw it its a great discard value

I was thinking about 2 kit since branded fusion is limited it can get it back from banished also: so if you use fusion duplication, kit can get it back. I have been in situations where I wish I ran 2

The extra deck makes me think of my masterduel extra deck. Same basic 10 but my flex spots are a lil different. Im with you on luluwalilith, shes a game winner on board if you can couple her with mirrorjades effect to banish, and sometimes i like making her more than quaritis, whom is my other despian. Im writing this whole thing because i seriously think you should keep quaritis. Sometimes you gotta send a cartesia and granguignol off high spirits and you need something else to turn aluber into if he gets impermed, in that case quaritis is perfect because hes just easier to make than proskenian. In a perfect world id run all three because quaritis also tags into albaz or proskenian which catches a lotta people by surprise, so proskenians gotta go if it means i can make a surprise mirrorjade. I like chimera too but hes more so just for the branded in red ad lib combo, but tbh just making a whole new one seems better in most cases. My last 2 spots are dragostepelia and colossus. I like banishing thunderdragondark with albaz to make lubellion under shifter, than spining them back for dragostepelia and colossus off of lubellion and the hawk i search through the dark one. Irl though yeah dragon lord is the goat, and im thinking of going back to playing puppet

Thrust is not great when you can’t get access to brafu, or if your opponent doesn’t ash you. Imperm/veiler has made thrust hit or miss for the last year. Impulse and shifter just furthers this issue.

Can you record matches using the updated 3 high sprit build? I’d love to see your thought process behind plays during certain matchups

Branded fusion to 1, about to enter another tear 0 format and you still want branded to be affected more by Banning Santicfire?

Would you consider playing super poly and Garura in this deck list? And if not, why?

I'm going to be honest. I think tragedy is goated. I'm also a budget player, so it could change after i get more cards for the build later down the line. But I think it's google and can go to at least one in any variant you play. My thought is if all else fails, you can at least search a branded spell. But we'll see how I feel as I get more cards. Much love

Hi, I just came back from a long hiatus (I stopped playing when Spright/Tearlaments released and I just couldn't) I played Branded despia when I was actively playing and i'm looking to update the deck. I touched a bit of bystials on master duel, but I never got to the point of really understanding the combo lines, also never played with Quem, and I don't even know what Gimmick puppet is. All this to say, I'd really appreciate a video on combo lines and what should I look for. I don't know how many people if anyone at all is asking for this, so maybe a long comment replying here is enough.

And apart from the generic questions I've already asked, I have 3 specific ones, on the previous videos with a 40 card deck and the 60 card grass one, you used Magnamhut, but not here, on the 40 card deck there's only 1 saronir, and one magnamhut, here there's no magna but 2 saronir, why is that? 2nd question, also on the 60 card grass video you said that Quaeritis and Light and Darkness are optional, and on that video I wanted to comment, what about Lulu? but since here you play it in place of quaeritis, I think that's what I'm going to do, so the question changed to, what about Garura? what happened to Dragostapelia? I've always played this deck with at least 2 copies of super poly, so I'm surprised to see that you didn't on any of the 3 decklists, while other videos or decklists online do play it. Should I just put it on the side deck with garura and dragostapelia? simmilar to how you put Alba Lenatus and Masquerade on the side deck in the grass build?
Edit: Also, why is Titaniklad mandatory (proably this one is answered if someone guides me through some combo lines)
Edit 2: Well I can't afford the Mulcharmy stuff so I'm gonna chug 3 super polys on the side deck, yeah.

Lol watching this was really nice considering I've being playing 45 cards for a long time and the main deck is the same list minus branded in white. Also I never considered cutting tragedy but I can see it now. The extra is the same but quaeritis over lulu and for the side since I don't have fuwaros I had 3 purulia instead and then no Harpie/soul release and I had 3 DRNM instead. Overall very similar list and Ive liked it so far

How you summon light and darkness dragon to play around shifter? And also, how you play around mulcharmi fluwalos? That thing it’s everywhere in my locals!!!!

How about adding some super polys , garura / mud and adding dark magician + dragoon ? Would they take up too much space in extra?

I've been playing Khaos starsource dragon over chimera lately, I like having the ability to turn it into LADL after the 2 pops if you have cartesia, but I also haven't had much success with resolving guardian chimera because the instances that I would play it I usually just would rather puppet instead. Going second I find making Khaos to break the board and then going into LADL after battle if I can't get there that turn is too strong to look over.

I re-built my Branded Despia deck again since Branded Fusion went to 1, it is a 50 card build that takes advantage of 3 Opening, 3 High Spirits, 3 Shrouded & 3 Saronir. A heavy Dragon package that generates you advantage.

Light and Darkness Dragonlord is INSANE, really dig that guy. I also main Masquerade because it is my answer to combo heavy decks, it generally brings them into OTK range by time they full combo. EDIT* only reason I like Tragedy is when I have a pitch say to Albaz or Droplet, it helps with the decks momentum. I also run Glory b/c I just seem to win more w/him. I excluded him for a very, very long time and started dabbling again with him using as a secondary send from the deck (when Albion is used already) and it works really well. It also helps when using Albaz b/c you can summon Glory from normal summoning Albaz and using the level 8 to clear something big off the board (situational, i know). It's generic requirement is like how Titans is useful.
