I have confused how to teach reading and the letters themselves are almost irrelevant at the beginning but every educational activity is the recognition of the letter, not sound. I am starting this today with ages 3 and 5.

How can one teach Adult how to read and spell

I know you teach them Spanish too, do you think it’s better to stagger introduction of a second language or at least reading until they learn in the first one, or do you think setting up a color coded system would work, like say Red letters for language 1 and blue for language 2, or do you think younger children might not handle that as well at least in terms of simultaneous reading instruction in two languages, such as English and Spanish or another Romance/Latin language like French, Italian etc(but only two languages for the child)?

For those who wants to know why c p and x the consonant are not in the chart of blends
Here this may help you to understand
In vowel blending (aieou), certain consonants like "c," "p," and "x" are not commonly used because they may result in complex or uncommon sounds when combined with vowels.

- *C:* The letter "c" often has a soft sound (like "s") before "e," "i," and "y" and a hard sound (like "k") before "a," "o," and "u." This can complicate vowel blending.

- *P:* The letter "p" can create abrupt sounds and might not blend smoothly with vowels in a way that produces common and easily pronounceable combinations.

- *X:* The letter "x" can represent different sounds, and its use in blending with vowels might lead to less common or challenging combinations.

The goal of vowel blending is to create simple, clear, and commonly used sounds, which is why certain consonants are avoided in these specific combinations.

I live in a country is not speaking English. I have a little bit concern when I start to teach English for my daughter 3 years old. Should I start by teach her how to read letter or learn vocabulary by topic? What do you think?

That's Indian English. Well, for me I teach sounds avoiding more vowel sounds. Like /r/ and not /eur/ like that. Well we teach phonetics differently.
