Beautiful. Also, Write It Down!! Write what you Need using future tenses "I am grateful I have" Keep it in your pocket or bra, pull it out frequently & say it out loud! Often. Sticky notes everywhere too! The more you see, hear, feel it, the quicker it happens.
& on the note of weight loss: manifest that you gain motivation & perseverance to take care of your body. Meditate, yoga, work out, walk, hike in nature. Show the universe you are committed to your body. Then you will loose the weight even faster & will look in the mirror & say "Wow!". Never weigh yourself. It's what you feel.
