Total Ripoff! You will spend thousands on "leads" with fake home addresses, random names who are not the actual owners, and mostly people who never put their information online or are interested in selling their house. Whatever their website and ads generate is sent to you with a $150-300 bill and no way for you to say a word or even request your money back; they will offer you credit for more "leads" that are active for sale by owners, recently sold homes, etc. You better spend that amount on your own marketing!
