The Trump trial brings up an interesting conundrum... what do you do when famous people are accused of breaking the law? Let them off? Make an example of them? Trump's case is reminiscent of the OJ Simpson trial. The only correct answer is to prosecute the case to the extent of the law, in full view of the citizens. We may or may not agree with the outcome but we will ultimately respect the process. Trump's case is no exception. Social media may amplify the howls of those that think a wrong is being done but ultimately we must have the courage to let the legal process determine the outcome.
