This is how we atheists see all this.
We see many Christion apologists getting rich and taking money off of the gullible. Like the low life pastors owning not just one but two executive jets, or a massive estate in Florida, all from the money they get from the poor gullible people they have conned.
Then we see in the last few weeks many Christion's trying to defend Ravi Zacharias and make excuses for him, saying 'well we are all sinners, or 'I hope he has repented' but only a handful even give a second thought to his victims. Also he was a serial liar. He never studied at Oxford or Cambridge but was always boasting that he did.
I respect the right of anyone to have a faith based belief and there are many good Christians, but religion sometimes sickens me when individual Christians make excuses for a low life like Ravi Zacharias.

RAVI BURNS IN HELL BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE ALLEGIANCE TOWARDS CHRIST Matthew 7, 23, but only convictions. I highly recommend you to read Matthew Bates "Gospel Allegiance. What faith in Jesus misses for salvation in Christ." And read wikipedia, "The new perspective on Paul". To make it short: the real problem is not Ravi is now burning in hellfire. The bigger problem is that all allegiance-free "only-conviction-matters" - believers who are living as unregenerates in a lifestyle of constant rebellion (Jesus calls them "doers of lawlessness" ) with a false assurance of salvation will ALL burn TOO , because of the same reasons. If there is no allegiance, there is nothing that will be counted as covenant faithfulness. Without embodied faithfulness, you have not what Paul meant by pistis= allegiance (not just a conviction, what the erroneous translation "faith" implies, but the greek word means faithfulness too, what everybody learning Greek knows) and therefore you will be not accepted as member in the covenant people, and therefore you will not inherit the kingdom together with the covenant people. That is the harsh, true, Pauline Gospel. And that is another message than the watered down evangelical gospel of a relationship with Christ, which helps against back pain, low bank account, depression, and, uhuuum, hell too, but that is the most unimportant part nowadays. And the obligation to HOLINESS=practical obedience is cancelled out completely. Hebrew 12, 14.Your problem is solved by the so called "new perspective on Paul". Define pistis/(translated mostly as faith )as allegiance, embodied faithfulness, visible documented faith by renewed life ( Romans 1, 5). This faith = allegiance is considered as covenant faithfulness= dikaiosyne=righteousness=the sign of true members in the covenant family. So "justification by faith, not works of the law" means thus: to be considered a member in the true covenant family of Abraham in good standing, not by living a Jewish life in following the teachings of the scribes, but because of allegiance toward the Christ, Israels true king.
But if you live in constant habitual sin, like some Israelites in the desert, you will not inherit the kingdom 1. Cor 6, 9f. 1. Cor 10. So the old Protestant view regarding Romans errs greatly in 4 Dimensions: 1. Pistis is falsely narrowed down towards mere conviction, belief as a state of mind, not a state of the whole human, against the historical Jewish understanding. 2. The precisely Jewish " works OF THE LAW" are widened out to every act of obedience that is imaginable. 3. Being declared a faithful covenant member became being declared sinless, no matter what you do. 4. The justification now in this time is only a preliminary justification, not an everlasting one. Everlasting justification is only passed as verdict upon us after the judgement according to works in Romans 2,6-10. If we are truly renewed, with god's law written on our hearts, living by the spirit, not by the flesh Romans 8, 4, then and only then we will not have to fear this judgment.
Back to Ravi. He was an unrepentant fornicator 1. Cor 6, 9. Why does the biggest part of the evangelical church not believe what Paul teaches about unregenerated churchgoers or pastors? Why do they not believe Paul? It is simple: Paul taught that pistis/allegiance, embodied faithfulness is counted as righteousness=dikaiosyne=faithfullness to the covenant. Paul said, that allegiance is counted as covenant faithfulness. He did not teach "if you have the right conviction (belief), you are considered as sinless (no matter what you do)" . But this is the twisted version of Paul's gospel that is widely taught. Within this twisted Paul, there is no room for the true biblical Paul who denies Christians salvation because of their false constant sinful lifestyle. You only can ignore 1. Cor 6, 9f. and try to argue with the false teaching of an imputed righteousness whereas only allegiance=true embodied faithfulness is counted as righteousness.

Thankful for the 4th and Prov 4:23 stands out, telling me to guard my heart from both negative and positive. Also it came to mind that I had tried to destroy a Calvary Chapel pastor a few years ago in Brasil, almost akin to what Rabi Zacharias did, so I want to confess this. Ravi did it out of spite and power, and I did the same. Celebrate recovery says to confess our faults to yourself, to God, and to one other person....

Since many of his victims were third world women with very little power, the abililty to set boundaries would have been greatly reduced. So it's not fair to suggest that they should have done what one masseuse did, who might have not been that particular type of victim.

I do not feel bad for the victims that called themselves Christian. Tell me where in the Bible does it say you have to send nudes to a spiritual leader? Where does it say that you need to engage in sex with a married man? People read your bibles don’t be gullible we are living in difficult times we need wisdom.

To anyone who may discouraged by these revelations I say, do not be swayed by people's sins but rely on the perfecter and author of our faith - Jesus! Follow the only perfect one, as anyone else is less than and not worth loosing eternity in heaven for.

I must have missed something, what evidence is there to prove without a shadow of a doubt that this is not false accusation, lies, their word alone?

I've been thinking about this a lot lately and honestly feel I cannot judge him. His sin was not repenting from this. However, women kissing promoting lesbianism when you had a huge calling is shameful and dangerous to these women souls! I recently deleted nudes from a woman I love who is not my wife, (I am not married) I know this image of her nude body in an erotic pose showing what only a husband should see is a sin. I will admit that I painfully deleted it and repented. It no easy being single sometimes. At one point I even once deleted an entire e-mail account knowing it had years of collections of ex-girlfriend's nudes and online friends. All from videos to images of Blonds to Malaysian and mixed women (halve black and white). Here with technology, we have an internet pornography addiction, in poor countries with no Wi-Fi they have actual women willing to have sex for cheap money, woman we would see in pornography... So, again I cannot judge him, but wished he would had repented and shook God to help him with this lustful addiction he had. What I don't understand is that he was married, he had someone to love him sexually under God's law... To me it was a sin that grew bigger and out of control like porn, and anyone who PRACTICES sexual immorality will not enter the Kingdom of God.

These men and women continues to perpetuate these ungodly habits and behaviors in ministry because they taught us how to love and honor their intelligence and Biblical knowledge so much. So much so that we forget to love God more and the discern the Holy Spirit that reveals all things. As believers in the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, The Almighty God Himself, we NEED allow God to do the teaching and preaching in our spirit FIRST & to try everything spirit. I have listened to Mr. Ravi over the years as well. My take away is his intelligence and witty and cleverness in his responses. But we must see things for what they are. God gave man knowledge. We received it from the beginning of time. However, God NEVER gave us permission to worship our knowledge or each other. Jesus Christ commanded us to love one another. But we idolize each other and not the Creator. We MUST, WE MUST start TRUSTING GOD more that we trust these human beings. We are WEAK AND VULNERABLE to sins and temptations BUT with the Power and Might of God's Holy Spirit we overcome. If we fight for God’s TRUTH like the way we fight for these falling human beings, WE WOULD have more in the Wisdom and discernment of God revelation of God. Stop fighting for human beings so much! We are falling each and every day BUT GOD! Trust God MORE... and His Word that reveals all things. These men and women that are manipulating us so much, The undefeated Word of God tells of them. Trust God more. Trust God more people! Please.... don't lose your way over another human being that is suppose to be responsible for their wayward ways. This man obviously, was not concern with God, his family, nor the ones that he deceived such as yourself, the victims of his offenses. STAY WITH GOD, STAY WITH GOD. JESUS LOVE YOU. I truly believe here in 2024, the Lord is separating the "wheat from the Tares". Back in February, some of the same issues were exposed in Martin Luther King's life. Including papers that he published denying the virgin birth, the resurrection and deity of Christ. And even though he took the title of "Reverend", he was NOT an ordained minister. People need to stop using God's name in Vain and using the Gospel for their own selfish purposes. 😮

Haven't seen any evidence of Martin and Milner's being cross-examined as would happen in a criminal or civil trial. His son produced evidence of certain taxi directions being re-routed into the scenario of a massage scenario.

To my Christian friends, the Bible has forewarned you about religious leaders such as Ravi Z in the video clip:

And don’t be one of those people who seeks for leaders who can tell you what your itching ears like to hear, and don’t be the rejector of truth and don’t chase myths, be clear in your head, and don’t be a coward or afraid of the suffering that automatically comes with following the Lord:

“For a time is coming when people will no longer listen to sound and wholesome teaching. They will follow their own desires and will look for teachers who will tell them whatever their itching ears want to hear.
They will reject the truth and chase after myths. But you should keep a clear mind in every situation. Don’t be afraid of suffering for the Lord.”

The fact is, the eternal reality of Christ has appeared from age to age with a new name. You should not let the physical body of Jesus blind you to the the actual eternal reality of Christ which predates the body of Jesus 2000 years ago. It is this eternal reality which again has manifested himself in this age in the person of Bahá’u’lláh (the Glory of God). Didn’t Christ say that upon his return he would have a new name?

Is not God, the God of renewal?

“They are brand new, not things from the past. So you cannot say, ‘We knew that all the time!’”

Didn’t Christ make all things new 2000 years ago?

“Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”

Didn’t Christ also promise that upon his return he again would make all things new?

“….. Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.”

So, to expect the same status quo from 2000 years ago would be the antithesis of what the Bible had actually predicated.

Read the Bible carefully from Genesis all the way to the Book of Revelation——all 66 books depict an ever-changing, ever-renewing revelation of God. If this fundamental principle has not been grasped, one cannot claim to know even the most basic facts about the Bible, because in the last analysis of the spiritual quest in the Bible all facts are weighed in and find their true meaning and coherence in the balance of an ever-evolving revelation of God which would be reflected in the transformation of human psyche and the human society.

Dr. Hushidar Motlagh, an outstanding Baha’i scholar had stated the following:

If you are a wise Christian in this era, you simply know like I do that every bad report is not from God and if it is not from God it is from the devil. Our commission is to spread the kingdom message of Christ period. Anything apart from that is rubbish from hell, unfortunately some Christians have voluntarily made themselves agents of hell just for stupid recognition that helps no one but bring joy to the father of confusion and evil. Ravi ran his race,he is no more and his creator is able to deal with him in righteous judgement. Is that rocket science to understand??🤷

I felt I needed to make a brief statement to clarify something that has been brought to my attention. I do not wish, nor desire to blame any unconsenting victim in the life/actions of Ravi Z. concerning his sexual abuse. Furthermore, please do not confuse my celebrations of women fighting back against these horrific actions, to mean that those who didn't should be subject to any further shame or criticism. I wish I would have worded a few things differently looking back. For any insensitivity, I apologize and ask for your forgiveness. To be transparent, I genuinely struggled making this video due to the spiritual abuse aspect mixed together with sexual abuse which has absolutely broken my heart as it was so dark and twisted. I only wish that these things would have been exposed sooner, not that anyone should feel shame who was victimized. Further up to date reports and evidence have revealed much, much more since the making of this video, and it seems like Ravi was one of the most cunning con men as he had people worldwide under his influence, charm, and deception. My prayers are with everyone affected, and my prayer is that we will take a good long hard look at the Biblical commands that we're neglected in various places that made this all possible.
