What On Earth Is WWE Planning For Money In The Bank (RAW Hot Takes)

I kinda want Kross to keep the "devil on your shoulder" thing then make a faction of the corrupted people to fight with Rollins, so we can have a power-hungry delusional "visionary" vs. the devil.

WWE is in such a weird place right now with the packed schedule of their content IMO where they simultaneously have too many shows and not enough shows at the same time.

The PLEs are coming right now hot and heavy with a new one every few weeks, but with so many premium events happening in such quick succession, they are struggling immensely with their ability to build the feuds and tell stories leading into PLE matches. SNME and Money in the Bank are literally only 2 weeks apart! How can you legitimately make anyone care about any story in just 2 episodes of Raw or 2 episodes of smackdown? You cant. And so now they're doing the thing where they're leading stories they want for the future and putting them on ice for mini feuds to make matches for PLEs before re-visiting the other stories, but it comes off like these rushed PLEs have little to no real stakes, and even less story. I mean Cody Rhodes made his huge return at the end of SNME and just announced a tag match that could easily be the main event because they had less than 2 weeks till MITB so they had basically no time to actually tell a story to get there properly.

Seth wins the briefcase. Cody, Jey, Cena, and Logan all down and out in their match. BURN IT DOWN! Seth pins both Jey and Cena to be double Champ and run WWE!

Punk v Rollins will be main event at wrestlemania in 2027. WWE runs stories for 2 years nowadays

10 hours of wwe this week, it’s exhausting. Creative has to be burnt out. The PLE’s are too close together, and they should only do like two SNME’s a year.

My hot take is that Finn should have won over Seth Rollins & Sami Zayn due to Roxanne Perez interference while the chaos is there with Seth's crew, Judgement Day, Jey Uso etc...

Seth is big enough to achieve his goal without MITB. Sami is the massive underdog that won't get the shortcut but Finn could have been against Dirty Dom for the Intercontinental without him looking like a dummy. Also, it would have pushed Roxanne Perez to the moon.

WWE wants to sell Jey uso so badly they tryna involve him with Cena, Seth, Logan, Gunther totally 3 different storylines. We don't want that, if you want Jey to be bigger superstar build him with proper storyline

I reaaaalllly hope they dont break up Raquel and Liv. They could really help build up the division before Liv goes solo again. Even then she should be an ally cuase Liv has pissed off so many of her peers lol.

Also Raquel's random spanish adlibs with Dom in the segments add a layer of humor WWE's never had.

Cody Rhodes needs to stay far away from the championship, he does not need to win it back from Cena, we just had a year with him as clean Babyface champion he's faced all the big heels there's no where to really go, you want a story, have him try to overcome his nice guy tendencies and have him become a little more ruthless, not full heel but slightly more willing to go, you wanna cheat well what's good for the goose is good for the gander

I've always thought of MiTB as a way to take someone in the midcard and push them into the main event space. Seems to have been the case for many of the entrants, then Ripley and Rollins each win a spot? I've got no idea where they are going with MiTB

The Men's Tag division is boring - I love The New Day and their heel run is solid. The bouts are the same over and over, Smackdown is no different: MCM, Street Profits, DIY and now Fraxiom and sometimes those Eurovision knockoffs -- whose name I never remember --

It almost feels like they need to amalgamate the titles since they aren't bringing on new tag teams that aren't just singles guys taking a breather from the singles competition.

Pretty deadly might be a interesting contrast to the other teams on raw.

I assume braun and bronson will get in the mix eventually and become champs though.

I think they Will go to Boston wuth punk vs John cena, and Its last change to punk winning the belt or John cena leaves to home and takes it with him. Just like 2011 it was at punks home town with same story

They are going to do "glorified house show matches" until Survivor Series, for every PLE, just like last year. And their highly intelligent consumers will keep buying overpriced tickets even if they need to sell a kidney or mortgage their home.

I think if they do the tag match before the men's MITB we might actually see one of the fastest cash ins in history (that I remember at least 🤣).

I don't want it, but I genuinely think with the way things have been going Rollins is gonna take MITB, Cena & Paul are gonna get DQd for doing something particularly bad to Jey, then while he's on the floor we're gonna hear 'burn it down'

That'd give a new fire to Mr Main Event to reclaim his gold, give the faction some actual weight and could lead to Jay bringing Roman, Sami, Punk & Chody into War Games with Punk, Bronson, Bronn and two others (that i think could be Solo & JC, seeing as they still have beef with Roman, and Seth has been seen to bring people that don't like him into the fold)

Well, the main reason people give you shit for Logan Paul is more than likely because it's such a bandwagon thing; or at least it feels that way. You may have your own reasons, but it's almost as popular as hating on Roman Reigns back in the day. He's done questionable shit outside of wrestling, but let's face it... some of our greats have done some pretty screwed up stuff. I personally don't mind him, I could go with him or without him in the WWE.

Plus I saw footage of Liv and Raquel greeting a little girl in the crowd hugging her and signing the Liv sign she brought to the show and it was the cutest thing ever. Them and Dom need to turn face together.
