The last con isn't a con, it's apart of your obligation as a soldier. You joined the military to serve for your nation.
ОтветитьI have a buddy who is in the police academy with me who just finished serving 2-years in the air force and is also in the reserves, this kid is only 20yrs old. He will have 2 Pensions once he's done. He gets law enforcement and Military Benefits. This kid is on the right track for his life.
ОтветитьI JUST TURNED 40 🎉
Ive been a stay-at-home mom most of my adult life. Time to let get of my relationship and continue to raise my children who are now teenagers. Wanting to give new meaning in my life.
I am 17 and seeing all these people excited about going into reserves is beautiful, it’s never to late to do what your heart wants and to just say NO to whatever excuse for the circumstances and say YES to what you want
ОтветитьAs a RN can you work at civilian hospital and still work for Air force reserves?
ОтветитьQuestion: if I have a BA in psychology could I go for the occupational or physical therapy schooling that they provide?
ОтветитьDoes your civilian job still pay you while your on reserve duty?
ОтветитьIm 26, and I've been in AD for 7 years so far, and im planning to do palace front with skillbridge.
ОтветитьACTIVE MUCH BETTER! YOU HAVE PENSION RETIRED AFTER 20 YRS! RESERVE DONT HAVE!! LOL BUT IF YOU WANT TO WORK IN CIVILIAN GO TO RESERVE. IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK CIVILIAN GO ACTIVE FULL!!
ОтветитьIf you do reserve, do you have to do a long training ?
ОтветитьIm 29 currently going through the process
ОтветитьI wish I had joined active when i was young but as a reservist can i have access to vet benefits?
ОтветитьWhat do the retirement benefits look like if you go active duty for there first four years the go reserve?
ОтветитьAwesome video!!! Thank You!
ОтветитьIf you are called to active duty as a reservist, I've heard that one might qualify for more reimbursement for tuition than a reservist that hasn't served active duty; I'm curious as to whether this differs among branches. I've been trying to read up articles on this. Do you have a video on this topic?
ОтветитьWhat about receiving BAH?
ОтветитьAnyone recently joined? 34 year old here.
Ответитьgreat content
ОтветитьDont forcget agr
ОтветитьCan u tell us about full time programs
ОтветитьWhat is the difference between the reserve and the national guard? Is there such a thing as full time reserve/guard? Will it be like active duty but no deployment?
ОтветитьI recommend doing active first so than you can have all your benefits first, than go reserves after
ОтветитьCombat camera yeesh havent heard of that. Does Public affairs get good photo/video access. I have a digital media/film background and wanted to join Airforce in regards to that.
ОтветитьOr maybe... dont?
ОтветитьAs a reserve do you still get access to the VA housing loan?
ОтветитьWill you still qualify for pension ?
ОтветитьActive duty or reserve? I’m 26 and I want to pursue a better education and travel.
ОтветитьSerious question: what if you are disqualified due to medical conditions, but poses highly desirable skills (IT, Cyber, Software). I heard that you can write to your representative in Congress, and we can put you in. Legend or true?
ОтветитьIMA is the way to go. Attached to an AD unit.. so therefore you can work any day, instead of weekends only
Ответитьgreat video. I'm considering air force reserves.
ОтветитьCan you please do am update video on this in 2024?
ОтветитьI retired from the Navy in 2015. I still want to join the AF. Is it possible to give up my Fleet Reserve status to join the AFR?
Ответитьwhat about housing allowance? do you get that at all with the reserves or is that just active?
ОтветитьAny advice for someone who already has a full time GOV job, middle 30s, and has a college degree wanting to join the reserves?
ОтветитьAwesome breakdown in the video fam, quick question. As a reservist are you going to be potentially frowned upon if you don't attend any college courses while in the Air Force? I know that that can happen if you're active duty, where the Air Force will try to nudge you into going to college so that you can bring that education back and make the Air Force look better. But just wondering how does that work with reservist.
ОтветитьThe reserve have cyber security ??
ОтветитьDon’t forget the Air National Guard. Virtually the same pay and benefits. If you put in 4 or more years AD you could use Air Guard to finish with 20 years or more for a pension and retirement benefits. While in the Reserve or Air Guard you can pursue a civilian career.
ОтветитьCurrently a civilian, thinking bout you straight to reserves and not doing AD, but I wonder if I could eventually go to IMA after being in the reserves for a while or would I have to have been active duty? And could I cross train to a new afsc to do IMA?
ОтветитьIs it possible to not to get immunisations vaccines?
ОтветитьGreat video. I’m strongly considering this and the information you shared was excellent, really makes me believe it’s an even better opportunity. I currently own a small business and seems like a perfect fit.
ОтветитьDude good video and annoying background music . . . get rid of the music and you will have a better video.
ОтветитьSpace force is humanity’s first step into Warhammer 40k lol
ОтветитьI'm 40 and I've always loved the Air Force the most, I'm seriously really considering the Reserves just now, although at the very end now with my age I'm hoping I will be able to serve as an Reserve Officer.
ОтветитьCan I keep my hair long as a reserve ?
ОтветитьI'm 34 and I'm starting the process of joining.
ОтветитьCan you join the reserves as an officer if I have a degree? What’s that process like?
ОтветитьThank you so much🙏🏻
ОтветитьI’m 20 in my third year of college and i’m planning on getting my MBA, would the air force reserves pay for my degree fully?
ОтветитьCurrent defense contractor , and have been thinking about going reserves . Just curious if it makes sense overall or not .
