Should you call Bernie Sanders to lower China’s tariffs on the US?
Ответитьo hears the z9ll will able to keep your beer cold
ОтветитьI’m waiting on the Nikon. It’ll be interesting to see if they implement RED features in their top end mirrorless.
ОтветитьDid you just put a video in that says “thanks Obama” for Trumps the tariff’s affecting camera prices 🤔
ОтветитьTariffs can be an effective tool if used right. The tariffs that have been levied here are wildly inappropriate. And while I agree with the sentiment that more manufacturing should be under US control and not subject to the whims of adversarial countries, the time to think about that was 50 years ago when most of this was starting. Now it would take a major overhaul of our system to bring that capability back to our soil. In short, there's a discussion to be had here, and the actions taken so far are NOT going to be helpful.
ОтветитьIt would be cool if a camera company would release a tilting EVF, it would be nice to look down or up sometimes. My guess is, it’s true and not a typo.
ОтветитьWait wait whoa whoa! The president who is always 100% truthful, said that china pays them! You’re just fake news, low energy; horrible photographer, and I never even heard of you.
ОтветитьMaybe the Nikon Z9ii AF will be good enough for Jared.
ОтветитьI truly enjoy your info updates. Thank you!
Ответитьi bet Jared trump supporters are pissed off that jared keeps calling the obvious we pay the tariff and not china like your cult leader told you 🤣🤣🤣
ОтветитьMy sense is that higher end professional cameras have more margin but are more price inelastic with the consumer. It may be they'll lengthen the development cycle and slow the rate of price decline.
We don't yet know what Japan's final tarriff will be. If they start buying more US cars or build a camera plant in the US then their tarriff will be low. Otherwise not so much.
great video
ОтветитьA big Thanks to Diaper Donnie
ОтветитьI don’t expect a z9 anytime soon. 😮😮😮
Yeah it seems like a pointless upgrade at this time. 😊😅😊
commie propaganda puppet
ОтветитьPrices on Sony Electronics website are all the same, no price increases so why all the mis-info..... soi boi much?
ОтветитьIn Glas Not living in the US
ОтветитьThink they’ll release a rx100 viii
ОтветитьOh this is the perfect opportunity for NIkon and Canon to drop prices 😂 watch how Sony Reacts 😅
ОтветитьWhy is Canon rumors covering Sony and nikon?
ОтветитьA 5G modem built-in makes sense as the WiFi networks are typically overloaded, slow and may have firewall restrictions. Most mobile phones use the same channel for hotspots, too, so you're fighting for the same RF space. I would expect something like this to be an add-on similar to the Canon WFT modules.
If this thing could do live streaming via RTMP over cellular, things will get super interesting. Super super interesting...
If you work with photojournalism and sports you pray for a 5g camera since ever
ОтветитьYou should talk to Tony and Chelsea about their feelings on cellular connectivity.
ОтветитьDo I detect TDS?
ОтветитьThe Z9 II will have as a major feature, aspects of RED tech, probably R3D Raw. So since it doesn't say anything about that...
ОтветитьYou really don’t get the FX2: that A7iv 33mpx sensor has such bad RS that would be unusable (as photo camera) without the mech shutter.
Tillable EVF for the same reason: the target for this camera is the solo hybrid budget wedding photo/videographer that wants a fix for his current overheating A7iv and does not want to loose the 33mpx stils.
If there's a Exceed 8 processor in it, that means it's 10x faster than the 7.
ОтветитьAWESOME! I'm getting a bridge!!
ОтветитьWhat??? No tilting EVF???
I really really really really want one for my A7iv ....
Is it really a hardship not buying products made in China? Companies who outsource overseas are reaping their rewards. Give the kids in the sweatshops a break eh!
ОтветитьThank you for addressing the elephant in the room, tariffs. They are taxes and the customer pays the tax. Photography is just one little corner of the the most massive tax increase on the poor to middle income in living memory. It's insanity and it makes me ill how many people think it's a good thing they are being taxed for absolutely no reason. America will not be making cameras and lenses, we will never, for as far as the eye can see, do what Japan and China do with cameras and optics. Keep dreaming and enjoy paying the massive taxes.
ОтветитьYour inner Bernie is coming out here...
ОтветитьMaybe you’ll be paying tariffs, but I won’t. I’ll do what is intended, buy American made products. :p
ОтветитьI would be happy if the Z9 II will be with finally reliably AF and the sensor size around 24 - 34 Mp, wich means a lot better high ISO performance. I don't know how to explain, but Nikon's produced mirrorless cameras I don't like RAW's anymore like I did before. Especially that is a problem with overexposed areas in photos witch is impossible to save.
ОтветитьI’ll just keep shooting my Nikon d4 for raw computer cameras 😂
ОтветитьThe 4k60 with a crop is suspicious.
ОтветитьGet over the tariffs 🤡
ОтветитьThe 5G connectivity makes perfect sense Fro. I get 5 (yes 5) SIM cards with my multi device 5G subscription, Esim or physical sims, whatever - and they all use my data allowance. (unlimited..).
I would greatly value being able to use the Nikon cloud using such a SIM to simply mirror what's on my camera and never to have to worry about losing anything, or if I had a business case about uploading to my company as soon as I take the photo..
For me, it would be a major selling point and it's about 'kin time that backward camera manufacturers caught up with the modern world - yay Nikon, if it's true!
Nikon is making all the right moves. With the Z5ii they may overtake Sony and Canon. I may get that body for a backup to the Z9. The new Cine camera is due out and the new EXCEED 8, for the new Z9ii. This processor is 10x as fast as the EXCEED 7. The raw speed fps will be much faster. The possibilities are expanded 10 fold with the new processor.
ОтветитьWon't ever come back down.
ОтветитьWhy can't they create a sensor that does for imaging what 32 bit float does for audio?
ОтветитьPretty happy to be Canadian. We don't play those childish games with other countries.
ОтветитьSony crippling hammer now))
ОтветитьCameras USED to be made in America by American workers. That was before NAFTA was signed into law by Bill Clinton December 8, 1993. Don't blame him though... Please include CONGRESS as well. If we are ever going to get manufacturing back in America (And the jobs that folllow) the process is going to be as painful as it was on those working Americans forgotten way back when by Clinton AND Congress.
ОтветитьI'm glad all of these amateur photographers on here are not actually involved in political or economic leadership
ОтветитьI was going to buy a used lens on ebay the other day and there was a great example from Japan. But then I wondered if I would get a tariff bill when it arrived, and I bought from US owner paying a little more. It's so strange that we don't know.
ОтветитьHOLY SHIT !! i hate paying more $$$. iits like being raped and no gift wrapped box to remember the memory.
Ответитьwell guess what.. the fx2 DOES have a tilting evf🤣🤣
ОтветитьThoughts on those rumors???
