Hey Dr. What if you have a big diastema can snap on smile cover it

Dr I have some issues with my front teeth. Little dents on my front teeth closer to gun area. Apparently because of teeth grinding at night. I am searching for dentist to do bonding. I’m afraid my teeth will break down right in the middle since dents are horizontal.
I have seen one dr and she told it bonding will not work even if I wear night fire and was pushing veneers but I can’t afford it.
Will bonding still work if I grind my teeth and use night guard?
Will night guard prevent my teeth brake down?

How long will this last him since he had cavities underneath??
