Lmao...your too young to understand the reality of the situation. The Chicago Bears are a team that only hires assistant coaches from losing teams and promotes them. This is a money saving issue. The Bears owners have no interest in winning. Just run a business for profit. With a rotation of bad coaching the fans are strung along with false hope....Basically ....the Chicago Bears will NEVER hire a high profile coach that cost more than NFL minimum wage. 😂 I'm 50 years old and have watched this play out decade after decade.
