Telegram Desktop App Not Working in Windows 11 Fix - [Tutorial]

Hey, I recently got a problem with the desktop telegram app player (windows 10): when I open a video in a chat, I can't see the whole window of the video, because part of the chat is superimposed on the video, and the same happens in full screen. In other words, I can only see part of the player window. I tried the 'repair' and 'reset' options, I also tried uninstalling it, but none of it worked. I don't know what the problem is, and I was wondering if anyone had the same problem and knows how to fix it. Thank you.

my windows 11 app section is not same as yours. There's no reset in the "..." setting, only "uninstall"
