I'm 73 years old, not only were we required to memorize the Preamble to the Constitution, but the Bill of Rights, and various things like the Gettysburg Address. Along with US history we had our state history and Government were required for graduation. Our history is being lost in wokeness.

Excellent video of what has always been!! God Bless the USA and its Citizens! The Founding Father's and the Constitution they developed tells the People what their God Given Rights are, and what they should do to a government that rejects/manipulates the law to serve their purpose only, and not by the will of the People. The Governed as they would like to have it be known! A lot of the Goverened need to open their eyes in this country, this Republic, the only one on this planet with a Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence, and Preamble, and understand that Politicians/Businesses, don't get to Lord over you as individuals, this country, as self serving Monarchs, Kings, Queens, and petty self styled Princesses! If it's not in the People's best interests, the country's, then we need to take them out of government, and start with a new government, according to the Constitution as our Founding Father's foresaw, and put into writing!

Also in school I had to memorize the "Gettysburg Address" Still know it word for word! Has just as much meaning in this day and age, especially in these times we're going through!

Contrary to popular belief, we live In an objective reality with clear delineations between right and wrong ( God’s Law). This truth, as we all know, has recently come under attack, and is being replaced with relativism and narcissism. You had commented in the past ( and I’m paraphrasing) that the current political climate prohibits you from using your firearms to defend anyone but yourself and family. Many folks, I suspect, would agree with your sentiments. I’m here to let you know, respectively, you are wrong. Refusal to act in the face of evil because you fear losing worldly, temporal material objects or freedom, makes you complicit. Far worse, this thinking comes from the worldly, narcissistic, superficial, no body matters except me and mine attitude, that has birthed the postmodern madness that has wrecked western society. With respect, I see no reason why anybody should yoke themselves to, or otherwise support, a man who, by his own admission, only defends himself.

This came across like a sermon from an experienced pastor, and I love it.

We were dumbfounded by this video because very, VERY FEW people know the founding documents as well as you, and almost NOBODY knows the legal system as well as you do. In My Humble Opinion,

I believe that The SCOTUS decision on the NYSRPA V Bruen case is going to give the Anti-2nd. Amendment gun grabbers a lot of headaches when they try to pursue their anti-gun agenda moving forward.

This ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL bill that they just rammed through congress, and has been signed by Biden, is the newest example of another BAD LAW that we will fighting against for years moving forward.

This will cause many many lawsuits to be filed because of the ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL nature of the legislation contained within the various provisions of this Law.

Many of the provisions violate one or more Amendments to The Constitution of The United States of America, and some of the provisions are in direct violation of different Articles such as:
Article I, Section 9, Clause 3: No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed. (This is a prohibition of these Laws at the Federal level);
Article I, Section 10, Clause 1: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or grant any Title of Nobility. (This is, as stated, a prohibition of these same Laws at the state level.)

In My Humble Opinion,

The most important parts here are the prohibition of Bills of Attainder, and ex post facto Laws, because these REMOVE DUE PROCESS from laws such as RED FLAG LAWS, they also apply to firearm and magazine bans(and various other types of bans), Because they make an item that tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands(or even millions) of people LEGALLY purchased and Legally possess suddenly ILLEGAL ex post facto(after the fact), which turns all of those people into criminals without any Due Process, and without a trial.

I believe that once the legal challenges start to pile up, this entire package of ILLEGAL and UNCONSTITUTIONAL laws will be overturned.

The Second Amendment of The Constitution of The United States of America:

In My Humble Opinion, based on the Text, History, and Tradition of, The Constitution of The United States of America, I believe the following statements to be true to the intentions of the Framers of The Constitution of The United States of America.

As used in The 2nd. Amendment, the phrase "well regulated" means: Well trained in the use of, and maintenance of their arms, and in their ability to follow directions given by a leader.
As used in The 2nd. Amendment, the word "Militia" means: An army of trained civilians, being made up of the entire able-bodied male population of a state between eighteen and forty-five years of age, that may be called on to provide military service in an emergency.
As used in The 2nd. Amendment, the word "keep" means: to have; to own; to posses; etc.
As used in The 2nd. Amendment, the word "bear" means: to carry; to bring; to transport; etc.


Therefore, Based on Text, History, and Tradition, We The People of The Unites States of America are The Militia referred to by, and in, The 2nd. Amendment of The Constitution of The United States of America, therefor, the words "shall not be infringed" mean EXACTLY THAT‼


* What this means is that without "the right of the people to keep and bear arms", there would BE NO Militia to help protect the security of a free State.
We The People Have The Right To Keep And Bear Arms to ensure that we can form a Militia if and or when we NEED to Protect Ourselves**, our State, and, if the need arises, our Country from ALL THREATS***, FOREIGN or DOMESTIC in nature.
** This means not only ourselves, this will include family and friends, neighbors, all citizens, and even strangers that may need protection.
* Such Threats as, but not limited to, an armed Foreign invasion, or a tyrannical government oppressing it's citizens.


The preceding statements, which are based on Text, History, and Tradition, are MY opinions and, as such, I understand that it is within the realm of possibility that your opinions might possibly be different from mine‼

In My Humble Opinion(IMHO), There is NO SUCH THING AS AMPLE DUE PROCESS, either you have it, or you don't.!.!

The following statements are based upon CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.!.!.!

With Red Flag Laws, there is NO DUE PROCESS for the following reasons:
(1) The armed "Law Enforcement Officers" INVADE your place of residence with guns "At The Ready", SEIZE your Property(firearms), and if they neither arrested you, nor shot you(for resisting an UNLAWFUL act), they will give you the information about who to contact and when to contact him/her/them about your Rights and Seized Property(firearms)(here comes the Key Phrase), ex post facto(After the Fact);
(2) ALL of this is based on "Secret Testimony" in a "Secret Hearing" that you know NOTHING ABOUT, until they storm your place of residence(here comes the Key Phrase again) ex post facto(After the Fact);
(3) ex post facto Laws(also known as Bills of Attainder) are Prohibited at the Federal level by Article I, Section 9, Clause 3*, of The U.S. Constitution;
(4) And are also Prohibited at the State level by Article I, Section 10, Clause 1**, of The U.S. Constitution.

The following statements are also based upon CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.!.!.!

Red Flag Laws are nothing short of A Bill of Attainder which is an act of a legislature declaring a person, or a group of people, Guilty of some Crime, and Punishing them, often Without a Trial. As with Attainder resulting from the normal Judicial Process, the effect of such a Bill is to Nullify the targeted person's Civil Rights, most notably the Right to Own Property(and thus pass it on to heirs).

The Constitution of The United States of America, Prohibits(forbids) legislative Bills of Attainder in Federal Law under:
Article I, Section 9, Clause 3*, and in State Law under;
Article I, Section 10, Clause 1.**
The fact that these Laws were Prohibited(Banned) under BOTH Federal, and State Laws reflects the Importance that the Framers attached to this issue.

Within the U.S. Constitution, the Clauses Prohibiting(Forbidding) Attainder Laws serve two purposes. First, they reinforce the Separation of Powers by Prohibiting(Forbidding) the Legislature from performing Judicial or Executive functions, as a Bill of Attainder necessarily does. Second, they embody the concept of Due Process, which is reinforced by, the 5th. Amendment as well as Section 1 of the 14th. Amendment of, the U.S. Constitution.

Every State Constitution also Expressly Prohibits(Forbids) Bills of Attainder, and/or ex post facto Laws.

EXAMPLE: If you have a firearm part that is not a serialized part(a barrel, an upper receiver, a slide, etc.), but it is currently legal, and you create a Law that makes it now illegal ex post facto, you have created a "Bill of Attainder".!.!.!
All such Laws are ILLEGAL under both Federal Law, and State Law, because they are "ex post facto Laws", which makes them Prohibited under Article I, Section 9, Clause 3* for Federal Laws, and Article I, Section 10, Clause 1** for State Laws.

This Prohibition can also be applied to so called "assault weapon(s)" Bans, magazine Bans, bump stock Bans, so called "ghost gun(guns legally built at home for personal use, and not for sale)" Bans, and forced reset trigger Bans as just a FEW examples, because they are all "ex post facto Laws" created "AFTER THE FACT", to make items that were legal now illegal, ex post facto(after the fact).
Such Laws are, in and of themselves, ILLEGAL and PROHIBITED under The Constitution of The United States of America under Article I, Section 9, Clause 3*(Federal Laws), and under Article I, Section 10, Clause 1**(State Laws).

Red Flag Laws also violate:
the 2nd. Amendment right to keep and bear arms;
the 4th. Amendment in toto(the entire Amendment);
the 5th. Amendment right to due process of Law;
the 9th. Amendment overstepping Constitutional authority at the Federal level;
the 10th. Amendment overstepping Constitutional authority at the State level;
the 14th. Amendment Section 1 right to due process of Law, and equal protection of the Laws.


* Article I, Section 9, Clause 3: No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law shall be passed.

** Article I, Section 10, Clause 1: No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility.
