Do you think we're currently at the peak of the 18 year cycle, with the property market about to drop?

I asked the question about Covid ‘breaking’ the property cycle too but I do think it has coincided with the mid cycle dip.
My thought is that government policy has a huge impact on the market and suspension of stamp duty has boosted matters as will 95% gov backed mortgages and lenders offerings to near prime borrower which will pave the way for a boom and subsequent crash too.
All coincides quite neatly with the start of the explosive phase!
