Not the best Marx brothers comedy but still better than most so called comedies,thanks for posting.

This was Originally a play not featuring the Marx brothers so I think the only mistake was the casting for Groucho

they didnt deserve a bad script like this..no wonder they retired for a few years

Groucho's funny introdictions to Mr. Davis -- "And this is Mr. England, the brains of the organization." (Harpo stands with his mouth open, not looking very bright)."That'll give you an idea of the organization."

This was the only Marx movie not written specifically for the brothers, but adapted from an existing Broadway production.

Not written for the Marx Brothers, but in fact, the script has appreciable merits over a few of their more famous ones. Seriously. I've seen them all many times. Funny, I didn't feel this way about this movie years ago. And now I'm not so patient with the more famous ones. I may be going insane, though.

Fun fact: Frank Albertson (Leo Davis) is also the actor who portrayed the older rich client that Janet Leigh's character steals the money from in the Hitchcock classic, "Psycho". 🔪

I loved the Marx Brothers when I was a kid in the late 60s/early 70s. I thought I had seen all their movies but I don’t remember this one. And I’m sorry to say that it’s pretty terrible.

I see the title, but it took me a while to point that this is the very young Lucille Ball.😊

Lucy was so beautiful.
