Simple Pale Ale brew day - Never simple with the Ginger Brewers

Pale ale. Again in our 5 ingredients or less series. This is a great style of beer allowing for a lot of experimentation. In this one we go rogue and brew with a dark crystal malt, stetching the definition of a pale ale. Having a very late hop edition brings this brew back intop style. Another brew day from the ginger brewers. Lovely!
