Let´s see, if she is having her 1st periods she has at maximum 14 years-old (that´s the age I had my 1st period too), then months later they had their 1st time so let´s say she was already 15 in that part of the movie, 9 months later they had their kid when she wasn´t even 16 yet, in the end of the movie their kid seems to be like 2 years-old so she is 17 by that time, so after the time skip (when the characters started to be played by grown actors) 3 years went by
