ОтветитьI struggle with consistency so this is great! I've been doing this one daily for like a month (I have missed some days, I confess) I sometimes challenge myself for example doing like wall push-ups. I think it'd be great to have 5min week with different full-body workouts for each day

You have asked if there are any workouts we would like, can I please request one to strengthen my hips, I’m struggling with hip pain at just 52 so it would help me greatly. ОтветитьGood morning Lucy although I've been following you for many years these 5min toning exercises seem to have missed me 😮. But I'm so glad that through my 1:1 personal training program I'm now doing these exercises as part of my daily work outs. Being perimenopausal I've been told to do strength training but these toning exercises using body weight are just fab and with no risk of injury 😊😊. More power to your elbow as I approach my 50th next year I just want to remain as healthy as I can possibly be. I recently had a health check up and was told I have a heart age of 47 😅😅so that's why I will keep doing your work outs ❤❤. Thank you for all that you do and educating is all. 🙏

ОтветитьI had to start over i been out for 2weeks because my depression got the best of me you can say i shouldnt but its easy said than to do, but all i can do is one day at a time right everyday want be easy but its worth a effort to give it my best thank you
