When will you guys realize that it doesn’t really matter what the wind reading is. It’s all, any or whatever conditions; if the race is called, you run to win regardless. Anyone who seriously cares about the wind is nitpicking. Same goes for Life n poker, you do the best with what you have or get.

Knowing Julien she will not be pleased about failing to run this race in a straight line. She ran almost the entire race in the left hand portion of her lane and veering to one side is what caused her to lose that 60m race in college after setting the record in the semifinal .

Alfred is in her prime, getting faster every race.

I trained hard for this, is perfect to describe her, champions literally create themselves under/with the guidance of their coach with their hard work, discipline determination and also perseverance.

The year she over raced was the only reason she didnt medal then, and also had to peak twice that season and still peformed so well and didnt get injured in what was an overworked season was truly awesome.

If both her coaching team and h erself can actually peak at the correct time for worlds then she will be unbeatable, however if she turns up past peak, maybe a little sore or just a little tired then she will lose, right now i only see her team and herself their only danger to losing. The reality is, the physical body will need rest to rejuvinate itself if the season is too long and over worked, this however usually happen after the season not before it ends. Lets see how that turns out.

Hey 👋 "Coach Rob" as much as i loved the potential in "Sha-Sha", I also knew very well that she had that "Achilles Heel" easily 🙈🙉🙊distracted potential each & every season, even though she came through with that 10":6:5 outstand- ing performance, what hurt me most of all for her was she never was willing to pay that ultimate price & reach her full potential in that 2 💯 which would have only automatically made her much stronger to potentially go under 10"6 seconds by end of season, but it's always up to the individual & for me "Julian" has proven to be the "👸Queen👸" of the two, she was able to keep all unnecessary "🤷‍♂️Distractions☠️" out of her sphere of consciousness by training in broad daylight running 🏃‍♀️ those hard throw 🤮 up sessions in practice & actually testing that speed endurance in meets, setting up her 💯 meter show🏃‍♀️downs in the "Big Ones" outdoors coming up, as for my girl "👧 Sha-Sha" she has to do last minute hard grinding sessions which I doubt she will be willing to pay, & again just way to many irons in the 🔥fire at this time for her, & I'm afraid 😨 she just may not even medal individually this season, she will probably have a much better chance in the relay to snatch herself a gold🏅 medal, but individually I never thought I would be saying this 😢 this early in her career, but hey 👋, she's 25 years young now, & got her emotions all entangled in her 💃 modeling & image, plus a new 🫂 love that's already showing cracks in it, & then their's track & field were she's only been kidding herself unfor- tunately, for me by not taking advantage of her 2 hundred potential all these last 4 seasons, it's going to be tough for her this time all away around, plus those "Twins" are coming baby; O yeah, this is going to be "Sha-Sha's" hardest season ever to come from behind, think 🤔 those days or over for her now, she's pussy-footed around way to long to actually reach her max potential to actually win anythang this season in my opinion, her team mate "Melissa" will probably have a much better chance of dealing with "Julian" at the end of season, she has blood 🩸in her 👉👀's & has now tasted what it is & feels like to kick ass & take names baby, she's "Hope To Die 🐉 Hungry🐲", & everythang bout her body language has changed into a real killer🏃‍♀️🦈 & again, she's hungry 🐅 baby!!! Richardson under achieves wayyyy to often to be the premier sprinter. She doesnt run often and doesnt win often, so it seems like ever since 2023 she loses more than she wins

whats even more impressive about that 10.75s from Julien is that she eased off in the last 10m or so and yet still ran that fast, i would like to see a head to head with her and Wooden so we could get a proper tooth and nail dogfight of a race regardless of the time
