It'll always strike me as a missed opportunity that RLM never included the standard shillcast trope of "cute girl who obviously doesn't want to be there and is probably banging at least two of her co-hosts". Jillian could absolutely have pulled off that kind of role.

I’ve been watching and re-watching RLM for the last two years. But I avoided the Nerd Crew shows; never watched one until this. “I don’t need to see satire like that, it’s going to be over the top and silly,” I thought.

I had no idea that the shows they are parodying are THIS BAD. How can this be real? Who watches this? The parody is barely a parody. They really do act like this. I am stunned.

I think there is confusion from people outside the RLM bubble that think we like RLM because they shit on Star Wars. No, we like RLM because they are honest in their reviews. Nothing they say or do comes off as corporate or shill worthy behavior. It's not as if they exclusively say negative things about Star Wars in their reviews either. Rich Evans loved Solo of all films. Mike and Jay goof on Marvel movies but if you actually go back and watch their Half in the Bags they tend to review Marvel films positively probably a little over half the time. They point out the good and bad which I think is in opposition to this idea from people that don't like RLM who think they're relentlessly negative.

That vacuous bint that essentially said, if a lot of people like something then I like it, needs a personality transplant stat.

It really gears towards adults, it really earns that PG13 rating...lol wut? I guess Dead Pool is for seniors.
