Hi Lee I've adored watching you for a year now or more. I wanted to add on your castor oil for people to make sure you get organic cold pressed castor oil and a dark glass bottle. That's very important. If you add a heating pad to a castor oil pack it will help liver pancreas spleen uterus digestive problems, and you can take it internally.
If you want to exfoliate you can use coffee grounds with some castor oil stir it together and rub it on your body you will love the results!!
And the other lady was right you are very beautiful!!

Hi, Lee! I just wanted to say that a dual fuel stove is great. I started out using butane but switched to the propane because it is more cost effective. I was going through 3 cans of butane in a week and when I switched, I only use one can of propane in 3 weeks. There is a significant increase in price.

There is a disease called Deep Vein Thrombosis. Those who lead a sedentary lifestyle are vulnerable to it, especially if they already have blood disorders and atherosclerosis. I started using the castor oil also. I found a roll-on, which is so much easier to put on the face. Amazon.
