Mercedes EQS SUV vs Tesla Model X

I have no idea why anyone would buy an eqs. you can get a gls amg for less with better performance or a 450 for way less and both have more cargo space.

EQS far superior to the Tesla X in quality and comfort. Tesla needs to move forward with new designs and quality.

Rivian R1S already has beaten them. Lucid Gravity coming after them all, including Rivian. Just scrap them and get ready.

Still feels like MB is designed with the old-school mind, not the next-gen, like garage door auto opener, pressing a button to turn on, missing the autopilot and FSD.

Biggest thing now is price. Model x brand new is now starting at 80K where the EQS is 100k plus

EQS is trying too hard to appeal to everyone. That feels like desperate.

The Tesla Model X isn’t a hundred thousand dollar car. It’s cost between $68,000 -$78,000. Plus you get a $7500 tax credit.

MB is nice but I will still need to deal with the stealership and their notorious service department; a dealbreaker for me. Remember, legacy auto manufacturer's service department is, by design, out to make money for the stealership and the manufacturer, where as Tesla's service department is meant to just break even and never designed to make money for Tesla. The lack of a frunk is another dealbreaker for me. Lastly, I believe in the KISS principle and MB EQS is the opposite; lots of fluffs and gismos that I don't care for. Simplicity is what I want in my EV and Tesla is at the forefront in keeping everything simple. So, yeah Model X is my next EV.

tezla, scammers, give me back my money for not delivering the vehicle to me and for scamming me out of the costs of accessories for this scrap metal, I will advertise for you until I get my money back and by the way, this happened in February 2022

70 mph test showed that EQS SUV got 375 miles (EPA 305) and Model X LR got 331 miles (EPA 348)

EQS, definately. It'll keep it's value far better than a Tesla aswell.

The EQS is ugly. I prefer Tesla. And of course, Tesla has the charging network which no one can compete with.

The five seat 2024 model X now comes in at $72K after the tax incentives, and the whole point of the X over the Y for me was the extra cargo capacity. In my case the luxury of the Tesla X feels a little excessive, so there's no way I'd trade the under 4 second 0-60 with longer range and faster charging for bling that costs an extra $30K even after including Tesla's latest FSD which is now a game changer on its own.

Is this exact car 107K?

Great review we bought the EQS 580 the other day for a great deal. Still learning some of the abilities, but must say the comfort of the drive is fantastic, and the overall feel we are very happy with.

It’s kind of a bummer with this review because this isn’t going to be the best version of the EQS because it has a standard screens in it that really does make a huge difference looks wise and overall quality of the vehicle. It’s so much more opulent looking in my opinion.

I have a 2023 eqs suc 450+ the range I normally see is 380-400 miles. German cars advertise very conservative but real world is far longer range.
