This isn't Stud, it's Draw. The dealer even calls it Draw Poker when you start the match.

@Caittus The same complaint was made though, that this is not how such a game is played. The video I saw the guy was really annoyed.

@Firewizard23 The rules for Draw Poker vary from house to house; most casinos allow full-hand replacement. But my attestation was more that Stud Poker means you don't get to replace cards in your hand.
