This week our friend Steve is back, and he’s giving us a rundown of his experience with the Brewzilla. He’s been an avid Brewzilla user for about 3 years and he preaches the gospel of electric all in one systems. Another fine product from Kegland, our favorite brewing equipment manufacturer from down under.
Steve really enjoys this system because after a car accident, in addition to the general ease of use and convenience, it’s really nice not to have to lift up a bunch of heavy liquid vessels. This particular model is the Gen 2 of the Brewzilla, and he sights a number of improvement that the Gen 4 has which he really would like.
This Brewzilla has the functionality to do up to 6 steps, which is handy for a delay and any steps you might make.
We talk through the process of brewing with the Brewzilla, point out some places where it’s has features that the Mash and Boil lacks, and a whole lot more.
