2 kilo of Pork Belly
Water
3-4 Tsp Sichuan
1 Cup Sake or cooking wine
3 Tsp Oyster sauce
3 Tsp Dark soy sauce (optional)
1/2 cup soysauce
1 onion (medium size)
Cebolla Japones / green onion leaves
1 tsp black pepper powder
4 sliced(thin) Ginger
Cooking time: 1 1/2 hour to 2 hour
