Even after all this time, years later reading these comments brought back the tears. It's crazy bcuz everybody here basically felt the same love for these two and hit us just the same. Now that's what I call great television.

Very sad. I really liked their characters. 😢

This is even more brutal as they were killed by an explosion or something. seeing them dying slowly. being with your love one and recognizing that there is nothing to do to save them. that they are a walking dead at that point.

Not one for shedding tears, but damn this show knows how to hit a dude. This and the scene where Aleida was telling her story about surviving on streets got me good 😭 (Couldn't even get away with using the old allergy defense 😂)

Love this series but if I have one criticism its that they are killing off too many major characters.

Do they not even attempt any CPR or anything? i know they got cooked and vacuumed out there, and their brains got some asphyxiation going on. But they were alive when they got in, which is always a promising sign, all the more reason to try and start pumping oxygen into them. Or is this not real time? was there a few minutes between getting inside the airlock and opening the inner door?

Awesome characters that went out bona fide heroes

In other shows and movies, even if you've known the characters for 5 minutes, you can still be sad at their deaths. In this show, it's only sad if you've been with them for all of both seasons, making it all the worse.

This scene made these characters so real. <3 It kills me to watch them go through this and I have to remind myself over and over this is not real.

This has to be one of the greatest offscreen deaths of all time. Not just in execution, but the parallel character arcs of these two were at absolute peak this season. I'm all about killing off great characters but these two really pulled ahead in Season 2 and carried a lot of it for me; really hit different this time. Actually really going to miss them.

For real though, doesn’t decompression cause a kind of paralysis?

But like they had a dead cosmonaut just outside the door... They could've taken his suit and duct taped the bullet hole... This plot hole bothers me so much... Writers killed them just for the sake of creating drama. That's not how you Kill a great character smh.

My favorite couple and characters, I'm sad they died but I'm glad they went out together cause they truly loved each other through thick and thin.

Unpopular opinion:
This scene was cringe as fuck!! 2 space cowboys running on the Moon without spacesuits was absurd. Just listen to their accent! I wish the they hadn't appear at the door, meaning they have fallen and died on the way back, and this thought would've slowly sinked in as the viewer sees more of the opened door. That would've been cool.

When i saw that the airlock repressurized i was so happy so the scene right after where they go and find them both dead was so heartbreaking

Tracy and Gordo were my faves. Seeing them starting to bleed out there, you knew things weren't going to end well. But they made it back into the airlock. So then there's this chance, but seeing them laying there, eyes wide open, was heartbreaking. I cried my eyes out at the funeral and with Ed and Karen having to say goodbye to their best friends. It was a sad, but beautiful ending.

I took a nice deep breath a few seconds ago. It felt quite pleasant.
