Sad. I quit watching after 2 periods because this game was over. It's too late for this year, but perhaps if the Oilers would trade Skinner and Bouchard for a top goalie, rather than signing them to big, long-term contracts, they might just win a Cup over the next few years. If they sign these two guys to big contracts, then forget about it.

The game was one for Dallas because they have a number one goalie who is way better than Skinner as a number two Skinner will never be a number one unfortunately he’s had one year to prove himself, he spends most of his time on his knees either. Oops it goes by his glove or over his shoulder when he is on his knees good luck and you are going to need it in the playoffs. You need a number one goalie which you don’t have, I am an Oilers fan this is sad to watch, skinner is consistently inconsistent that’s his obvious record that he’s known for , wake up management

I love the oilers but im not sorry for saying this - Skinner needs to go i think. Cut back some of the stupidly high contracts and pick up a good goalie. Trade Skinner and Bouchard and Try and steal Stolarz or Woll OR someone who can stand on his own completely and doesnt need top tier Defense... What's sad is i dont even know if we can fully fault skinner at all really, the defenseman just let him down soooo much.
